The room was very spacious, and clean. There was a full-sized bath tub in the bathroom which is rare for a motel. The motel was in a quiet but convenient location. Checking in and out was easy and smooth.

There were soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom instead of the little soaps and bottles you see in other motels. This would have been fine except the soap dispenser was empty. The service station across the road that was mentioned in the visitors guide is no longer in business. There appears to be a restaurant on site at the motel but it was not operational.

Large, comfortable clean room. Easy parking, minimal noise from roads.

Request for disabled access on booking appeared to be ignored, but rectified at reception. Disabled access from carpark to walkway only at one end of motel, at far end, making it impossible to use with scooter. Shower impossible to access due to being in a bath (due to disability). Hair dryer, although new appeared to have incorrect socket plug for Australian standard making it dysfunctional.

Great sized family room. We were quite impressed with how spacious it was. Lucky to have a bath for the little one. Great heating. Directly across from a servo. Staff member was lovely.

Rooms are a little dated, but for the price we can't complain. Mattresses need replacing. Restaurant upstairs closed - this would be such a good money maker if it were to open again.

Cold water tap in kitchenette not working. Expected to wash your own cups. No choice of juice with continental breakfast. Scrappy bits of bread for toast. No choice of bread, white or brown, was given one of each. Shower very difficult to get into, highly raised tiled wall all sides.

Excellent convenient location, very easy to find. Smooth check in even though it was after 9.30pm. Room was large and clean and well appointed.

The beds were exceptionally soft - too soft for my back, but that is a personal preference.

Very cheap and comfortable , great location, tranquility with the Murray river and nature at your balcony, too many people winging about nothing! This hotel is exactly what a hotel is used for, sleep the night, shower then head back home to your dirty out dated house.

Price! Too cheap for such a perfect night’s sleep.

Check in was remote, but no problem. Room was spacious with everything supplied.

The only problem was a wonderful spa bath, but as I am 70+, I was reticent to use it as my partner advised it was slippery in the centre. I did advise the cleaning lady, so whether the property will act on this is debatable.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the heating was terrific. It's a short drive or a bit of a walk from the shops but I prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle and the view of the lake is lovely. The reception staff are always efficient and helpful and I will definitely stay here again on my next road trip through Albury.

The price of the stay was very reasonable and the discount for booking online was very much appreciated. The staff was always helpful and ready to assist and checked up if anything was required. The location of major roads, local cafes and the business district was a great convenience. I will return to this Motel when returning to Albury

The only thing thing that was a bit of a bother was the water pressure while showering it wasn't very high and went hot and cold often. I understand it might be an expensive renovation but extending the outside balcony to provide some protection and cover against the weather, sun rain and cold. This would be great advantage to guests. Though not too much of a problem unless you are older but marking parking spots corresponding to room numbers would be a help.

Arrived after dark and just wanted to sleep after 14 hour drive. Wedding following day and back there around 11pm & just wanted to sleep, Very noisy guests above us first night shifting furniture and banging things. Plumbing requires attention with taps hard to turn on/off. Certainly met our needs. Lovely staff.
