Everything was excellent. Room had everything you could ever need for your stay and was super clean. Beds were comfortable Staff were very nice and friendly.

The televisions in the rooms were a bit outdated.

The staff are very friendly, everyone is accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious, you have everything you need to utilise the kitchen. The breakfast was very nice as well, a huge choice of different foods. The hotel was very clean and modern. One thing I will say, is the photos on the listing do not do the hotel justice. It is stunning, you should definitely look to get better photos to show off the features of the building.

The aircon was difficult to get right, it was always running warm. That being said it wasn't a huge issue as the temperature was only 14/15 degrees.

Lovely mid-sized "wellness" hotel with good facilities. Large and reasonably well equipped gym, tennis courts, outdoor calisthenics area, and the bonus of free pilates classes every other day. Outdoor and indoor pools and sauna. I was upgraded from an apartment to a one bedroom villa, which was comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful and multilingual. Hotel is a short walk from the main town and very close to a bus stop. I only stayed for a couple of nights but could happily have been there longer. It was a great place to relax after finishing walking the GR221. I didn't try any of the food or drink options so can't comment on those.

The indoor pool and sauna are quite small and got a bit overcrowded because the outdoor pool was too cold to use in winter. Kitchens could do with some basic items like salt, pepper, oil, teabags etc.

Upon our night time arrival we were received by reception staff and made very welcome. Things were explained and help to get our luggage to the apartment. When there was an issue staff took ownership and it was dealt with quickly. Staff were friendly throughout the complex and we enjoyed our visit.

There were a couple of things which were not great. The four plastic chairs in our Apartment were faulty and the legs were loose eventually one fell apart and I had to have them repaired, which was dealt with quickly. But the cleaner should have noticed them rattling with the screws loose. Another small thing was the kitchen area didn’t have a spatula to allow you to flip food in the frying pan. It’s very difficult to turn an omelette over with a spoon! It’s also is difficult to open packages without a pair of scissors! Although generally clean I noticed that the balcony table legs were thick with dirt underneath.

We asked for early check in the night before we arrived, because my sister was sick and we arrived early into palm at 5am. The lady on the phone and the gentlemen at the check in counter were so friendly and polite and tried to offer us a check in as early as possible. Another gentleman at the check in counter was so attentive that he offered us to the cosmetic room while we were waiting for the room to be ready. Every member of staff we met in the hotel is so welcoming and polite and friendly! They offered 5 star type services!!

The staff are amazing , they really make you feel at home. They upgraded our room so we had a really good space but it seems like most rooms come with balcony with is nice. Breakfast has lots of varieties, didn’t eat at the restaurants but did get a pizza on arrival which tasted great! Pool is cool but reasonable temperature in the heat and nice views from far. They share a spa with a next door sister hotel which was top. All facilities of the hotel are clean and had no problems with anything really! Special shoutout and thanks to Daniil who helped us and was lovely! But like I said, everyone was!

Room style could do with a little makeover but the bathroom was nice and the views from balcony was enjoyable. Would have liked porridge and or cereals as part of breakfast buffet but there were lots of other things so was still good.

The entire stay was wonderful. We came in winter, so there were many vacancies. At check-in we received an upgrade to an apartment, which was very spacious. Our cleaning lady was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. We had technical issues, which were solved quickly and sufficiently by the technicians. The hotel is part of Hotel Mon Port, which is adjacent to La Pergola. We could use Mon Port to play tennis, have dinner or use the indoor pool. The grounds (our yard, the pools, lawns, terrace) looked very nice.

Some of the furniture in room is a bit outdated, particularly the sofa, which was very uncomfortable. Our room didn’t have a great view… garden was not sorted in that area and just a fence and some trees as a barrier/shield from other buildings.

Room was lovely - a one bed apartment with a small kitchenette. Twin bedroom was separate and a south facing balcony. Lots of toiletries in bathroom and serviced each day unless you request it not to be. 10 min walk to the main part of the port with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets but there is a small supermarket within a 3 min walk and a couple of bars and restaurants which are really nice. The staff everywhere are lovely and friendly - extremely helpful even with the language barrier Glass of bubbles or soft drink on arrival - nice touch especially in the heat and after a long journey Quiet complex and family friendly - pool was busy with families but you would expect this in the height of the season - still plenty of sunbeds and hotel supply the pool towels - lots of shade around the pools with trees and use of umbrellas. I only used the pool on one afternoon as there is a little beach area close by 2 min walk. Didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped Spa and indoor pool available but again I didn't use so cannot comment Did not have the breakfast at the hotel as I had the small kitchen area in the apartment - but the coffee is excellent!

Check out hours are not 24 so you may need to sort your bill out the day before you depart as the reception is closed early morning. Key cards kept failing so a trip to reception was always required to re-do the card again - slightly annoying so I just got it done on my way back to the apartment anyway (told not to keep near a magnet or mobile phone which I did stick to but it failed anyway) Other than that - a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay :-)

Maybe the superior apt is getting a little tired decor wise it cld do with an update but otherwise it was perfect with a large balcony. If u are arriving very late at night u may have to go up the hill to the sister hotel to find someone but this is just a small inconvenience and then u don’t get all the useful information when checking in as u would during the day.
