The room was well done! Very peaceful with adequate temperature control and beddings!

Common area carpets had a rather bad smell! Staff were friendly, but lacked proactiveness in a few areas. Breakfast service was slow in spite of I being the only guest at the restaurant at that time!

A very nice boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city.Very convenient location opposite the kochi international Airport.Excellent shuttle service for pick and drop.Beautifully appointed room and a large spread for breakfast.

The housekeeping staff didn't fetch up to clean the room the entire day although I was out for work.so it remained a mess when I returned late night.....I pointed it out to the front desk during checkout next day.....early morning on check out day one of the housekeeping staff slipped a note under my door saying my room has not been cleaned due to a dnd sign put me...i asked the individual why he put the slip under my door when there was no dnd sign and i was checking out anyway.....he mumbled something and walked away.....anyway they were apologetic .... Otherwise a very nice and comfortable stay

This hotel had great staff, hospitality and I enjoyed my meals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The manager Arun was lovely as well as Vinil and all the other wait staff were professional yet warm. I also loved how local and Indian artists were featured on their walls. It's very tasteful. As I stayed over Christmas, the festive cake was fabulous and the manager put two pieces aside as he knew I wanted some. The gym is super clean, and the design of the hotel and rooms are beautiful. Stay here any time.

Pool isn't as nice as Marriott's as does not have much green, but everything else makes up for it so not a big drawback.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially as a solo female traveller. There were some issues with billing which they addressed very quickly and without stress. I felt very taken care of and were helpful in advising tourist attractions. The food was exceptionally good too especially the breakfast.

The location, while being very close to the airport, is quite far from Fort kochi. With traffic it can take quite some time to get there and back, so I'd suggest to do all the sightseeing before staying here.

This Hotel is an absolute Gem, exotic rooms that reminds us Muziris, Rich era of trade and multi-cultural ties across Asia, Middle-east. Especially the art works featured across the property is very pleasing to every eyes. The staff were amazing from front office , house keeping , Restaurant and Drivers. Food was amazing and they made sure Me and My wife got drop-off at airport on time. The hotel is conveniently located just opposite to the airport so, we can see many aircraft crew also using the hotel. The pond looked ugly probably because of recent rain. That need to taken care off. I have only used the buffet breakfast so I dont know how was the dinner. But there are many other dinner options at near by restaurants. I used them and found this is also an added advantage to those who stay in hotel.

The only drawback I noticed is there are no lights near to the mirror inside the room. So if you want do grooming you have to go inside washroom for a mirror with light.

The location at 1500 metres from the arivals hall at Kochi International Airport is an absolute boon. The distance, even in muggy 30C, is walkable. Vital when there seems to be fewer taxis than arrivals wanting them. The question is moot as to whether taxis would take you that distance. Neither Tallinn nor Heathrow airport taxis would consider such a small fare.

very lovely and clean rooms and common areas (restaurant, pool, lobby etc). attentive and friendly staff. they were kind enough to upgrade our room and help us get a takeaway breakfast for our very early flight.

we did not know it was a no alcohol premises and the a la carte dinner from the restaurant was not as high a quality as we were hoping for, given that all other aspects of the hotel were so nice

Opposite of Kochi Airport with complimentary shuttle service to and from airport. Very nice hotel and staff, breakfast was very good. Drive to Lulu International Mall around 40 minutes, easy with Uber for around 700 INR. Room very nice decorated and very clean. Perfect if you want to stay before or after flight. outside of hotel some small shops.

Hotel is next to a mosque, very noisy in the morning. But of course not the fault of the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very kind. The location was very convenient - it is very close to the airport and the hotel offers free transfer.

Regarding the location though.. The only downside we experienced was the call to prayer coming from the nearby mosque, which woke us up around 5am. Disturbed sleep!!

We stayed at Port Muziris which was an oasis near the airport when we arrived and left Kerala. The staff were delightful and always willing to help. The banquet and breakfasts were also excellent. On on return stay they upgraded our room and organised a hotel car for us to visit Cherai Beach, which is beautiful. The location is very convenient for the airport (which suited us) but a fair way from Kochi or the beach.

Only a minor thing, but worth being aware its across from the airport fuel storage.
