Very very happy with this stay and will definitely stay here again. Location was great close to a lot of food places and Walmart which is very convenient. The room was gigantic, we had a suite with two queen beds two couches and one of them was a sofa sleeper. Great value because we were able to split the room three ways.

The one and only very small thing was all 3 of our room keys had to be reset because they stopped working. Was a quick easy fix at the front desk though.

The lobby was under construction (new flooring) but otherwise this was a great stay for us en route home after a long time away. The room was large and comfortable. Continental breakfast options were standard.

The rooms, although nicely updated, looked a little bare. Our room had a large chair in the corner but there could easily have been a love seat and coffee table. If we had been staying for several days, these would have been a great asset. Just a suggestion!

Clean, pleasant room, easy access ( first floor, first room), ironing board and iron in the room! Mom and adult son here for grandson wedding, iron fit right in! Appreciated paid in advance, and check in at 2 pm rather than 3 or 4pm others require. Great choices for breakfast!

Beds were high off the floor for us short-legged, less-flexible, oldsters..Would have liked another blanket in the middle of the night, didn't get up and go to desk. Not something you can fix, maybe, but tv has no guide to names of channels ( ABC, CBS, fox, metv, etc). Minor glitch, we weren't there long enough to be watching it.

They claimed they had to put me on the 2nd floor (although it was a Monday and there were clearly available rooms on the first floor). There was no elevator so I had to drag baggage up and down the stairs. Also the ice machine on the second floor was broken, had to go up and downstairs for that

Free breakfast with lots of options and they were so kind to us. Very attentive staff. Clean comfy rooms, with the best blankets.

The train horns in the night. The keys kept getting erased and we Had to keep walking the length of the hotel to get in the main door we have a 🐕‍🦺 and he had to go out so we had that, and the ice machine was out of order on our floor so we had to go to the other end of the hotel to get ice. There is no elevator at this hotel. The reason why I say this is because I have a heart condition and we were on the 2nd floor but, it's not a ton of stairs. We loved our stay there. Anytime you don't have to make your bed 🛏️ or make breakfast 🥞 Is a good day, right?

Breakfast was great, the room was quiet and very comfortable. I felt the price was fair and worth the clean room and the comfortable bed. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come through Sioux City. The lobby is warm and inviting, I Like the close access to the breakfast area.

Place is clean did not like no elevator available. Will never stay on 2 nd floor again. Good breakfast. E not as good this time, but gravy was much better!!

As above no elevator , will not stay on second floor again due to no elevator. Coffee not good this time!!

I liked it that the room had three different beds. I loved that the ice dispenser was working. I could have my ice water. The hot, breakfast was delicious! A+

I didn't like that the third "queen" bed was barely a full size sofa and very caved in not comfortable at all.

Staff always greeted us. Very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Only fruit was apples and they looked really old. Boiled eggs were like frozen and tasted funny. Waffled we’re good Maybe English muffins would be nice with different kinds of mini muffins. Only blueberry was offered. Add hot chocolate to buffet

Hard pillows. Water pressure not good.

Breakfast was good and well stocked.

No public restroom available when my grandchild asked for restroom she was informed it’s in your room. So we had to dash her upstairs to use the potty.
