Good food and facilities, activities for kids.

Staff are not very friendly in general. I was given the wrong type of room (cheaper than the one I booked) and instead of an apology staff attitude was very bad, their only excuse was hotel is full. After some arguments they changed it. The new room (suite) was a lot better, first one (junior suite) had a bad smell in the bathroom. Be careful with mini club, for some activities they would try to charge you (afterwards as was my experience without being told from the start). While it's nowhere written that some need to be paid. The guy there also speaks bad English so difficult to communicate. There's a mosque nearby that will wake you up pretty early with the call to prayer. Try to get a room that doesn't face the mosque direction and make sure to have good ear plugs.

The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was tasty and well-prepared, making every dining experience a culinary adventure. The variety and quality of the dishes were commendable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire area was noteworthy. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for relaxation. What truly set this experience apart was the friendly and helpful staff. Every department went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication to service was evident in their attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs. A special mention must be made of the animation kids club. Ayse and Canan, in particular, were fantastic. They created a fun and engaging environment that our daughter absolutely loved. Their efforts made our stay even more special. In conclusion, our experience was so positive that we are already planning our return. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to other families looking for a memorable vacation. Breakfast whilst not a UK Breakfast in the least was excellent in continental choice Lunch and Dinner were also excellent and the soup severed daily worthy of some note as was the Fresh Selection of Soft and Hard Fruits. Overall the Food is magnificent, what a feast for the eyes and a waiter on had to keep your wine glass constantly full of complimentary wine, no one or two glass here. The Bar Spirits / Turkish Tea and Coffees all really nice, the Turks actually make a nice Brandy and Whisky. The exceptional service from Birsten one of the many waitresses, she was just so attentive.

We have traveled with two kids (both 3 years old) and grandmothers. This is a great family hotel for all generations. Our favorites were food and pools. We've had half board (breakfast and dinner). Eating lunch a la carte seemed a better option as it gives more flexibility during the day. The food for the dinner was changing every day, the variety of options was great with typically a theme for the evening (e.g., Asian, Mexican, Italian) as well as traditional Turkish dishes. There are also vegan and "healthy" options, many salads in the salad bar were also changing each day. There are four outdoor pools. Our kids especially enjoyed the large pool with the gradual increase in depth, where they could play at the different depths. There is also a playground which has all the essentials for the kids, e.g., seesaws, swings, slides and tent above (which is important to protect from the sun!). Although the playground is not very large, our kids could easily spend half an hour to an hour, which was great to take a break from the pool and escape from the sun for some time. We've also went to the beach almost every day. The water in early June was warm (the sea was very calm before about 9am with some moderate waves after that - highly recommend going to the beach before 9am sometimes). The beach is within an easy walking distance for an adult, for the 3 year olds it was sometimes challenging to walk back when they were tired. There is a little river on one side of the hotel, where one can often observe sea turtles from the bridge near the beach. There are many activities organized for the kids (although our kids didn't take advantage of most of them due to young age - they did like dancing with animals from Madagascar show and bubbles party). The stuff were extremely helpful and friendly. To summarize, this is a perfect family hotel (many guests were traveling with children when we were there).

Ordered only breakfast via booking and thought I might upgrade to all inclusive or buy some meals at the hotel... well that was not possible in reality as price for this service was extremely high. In hindsight I should have taken the all inclusive deal at when booking the hotel (as that extra cost was very low compared to the extra cost of just adding a few meals).

Stay at the hotel was really good, staff were attentive and friendly. The room had everything we needed and the balcony was a good size. The layout of the hotel was nice, as we had a pool-facing room so woke up to the view of the pool everyday. The beach is also close (only have to walk down the road) and it is a bonus to get a beach bag already in your room with towels you can exchange everyday. The beach bar is also a good place to escape the mid-day heat. The beach setup is good as you get your own umbrella with hooks, table, and bin, which is superior to neighbouring 5-star hotels that have a gazebo to share with everyone else, and so 0 privacy. The beach is also lovely with the sea being warm, and the turtle bridge is a highlight! The hotel is overall in a good area as there are lots of shops and restaurants around. The desserts in the resturant were lovely and very well presented, and the drink options were also good.

We went all inclusive and the restaurant was good, but sometimes lacked variety as for e.g. there were a lot of meat options and less fish. Or lots of salads and less mains. The evening shows were also enjoyable but difficult to fully relax as due to the positioning of the stage there are always guests getting up and walking past to get to the bar or go back to their rooms!

Staff was amazing. The buffet was first class. Very clean facilities. Beach bar and beach area was very nice. Too many things to list, honestly, but overall it was an excellent stay.

The cocktails were not very good. I think the combination of bottom shelf alcohol and the syrups made them less than desirable to drink. The a la carte restaurant was a disappointment. The allergen labels were marked with peanuts at times when they didn't actually have peanuts, but some other type of nut. Which as someone who is deathly allergic to peanuts, was a bit stressful and frustrating at times. The couch was super hard. The gym could use a make over, most of the dumbbells didn't have the kg label because they're old and fell off. The bosu ball was flat. The silver plates and barbells were from the 80s or 90s probably.

The room was very spacious with actually two rooms inside - one with the bed and one with the couch and kitchen. This allowed us to put our kid to sleep earlier and enjoy the evening time on the sofa. We also liked the swimming pools. Our kid enjoyed playing near the kids swimming pool of 30cm depth. On my birthday, we went to the hotel restaurant, had a very nice dinner and even got a congratulatory happy birthday cake! The all-inclusive buffet was very diverse, with fresh fruits and nice desserts, and main dishes changed all the time.

The cleaning team did not manage to clean our room on some days, which left us without extra water replacement. Water in the kids pools was quite fresh to our taste (but we still enjoyed it).

We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.

Unfortunately, and this is not a fault of the hotel, the surrounding area may be quite noisy during the night. I believe there are some rooms in the hotel that do not suffer from it but unfortunately our room which was in the block C, facing northwest, had nighttime disco every night. Luckily, if you close the door and windows it’s not so horrible

The food was amazing, a lot of different options. Comfortable and clean apartment, with kitchen and fridge. Very nice swimming pool, the slides, my 2 year old son was very happy 😊 Nice spa and relaxing massage, great fitness equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient car rental service directly at the hotel. We also liked the beach with the cafe there. We would definitely like to spend our next vacation here!

The drinks in the all inclusive are not so great. But you get used to them a couple of days later 😉 The location may be not so optimal if you don't have a car and want to explore the area. But the taxi is not too expensive, so you can use this option. For example, to go to Side old town or to the waterfall near Manavgat.
