Really lovely stay, we had a half board and the food at breakfast and dinner was fabulous. Really good quality with a huge variety. The room was great, spacious and had everything we needed with a balcony overlooking the peacocks.

The hotel was located with nothing around so if you’re not getting an all inclusive or half board you will have to constantly take taxi to the town. I think filtered water should be provided to guests not only at breakfast but all the meals. The pool was good but all the sun beds should have an umbrella to give guests the option of shade

All of the staff was very professional and friendly. The size of the room was ok, the (double) bed was big enough and the mattress was very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet at the restaurant (with discount which was given through a voucher at the reception), the food was delicious and abundant. Also the breakfast buffet was very good. There was a nice swimming pool with lots of space. The location is not bad: although the hotel is not very close to the city center, it's located on the main road that leads to the National Park. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which makes it easy to reach the National Park, the airport and the city center. If you arrive by car, there is enough space at the private parking. The hotel organizes entertainment for children and adults during the day and also in the restaurant during dinner.

The ariconditioning in the room is a little bit noisy, but it's not a big deal.

this resort hotel is a one level kinda resort. all rooms are on ground level and the compound is huge. it’s spacious though and bed was ok. breakfast spread i’d say is pretty good. location wise it’s a standalone not near any place within walking distance. uber your way around. not too far from airport, iguacu or a nearby mall. staffs were great.

long walk to your rooms if it’s not near the lobby. room are reasonably well maintained though you can tell it’s dated.

Bro, this place is enormous and has SO MANY amenities. Massive, diverse breakfast with far way more options than you could possibly try. We also wanted to make use of their pools and spa services, but we were unfortunately sick during our short stay, so we mostly stayed in our room. I would love to come back here and use the amenities to the fullest.

We did have some noise issues. The walls are thin, and we heard lots of corridor noise, kids playing loudly above us at night, etc.

Spacious and clean bedroom and facilities, friendly staff, very helpful concierge, good pool and outdoor spaces, good breakfast variety, peacocks walking around in the garden, reasonable prices, location is very close to sightseeing sites and airport.

Shower water is not very hot, restaurant buffet could have a better quality of food, the hotel can become very crowded with local conventions, staff speaks very limited English.

The territory of the hotel is quite big with beautiful peacocks walking around. Nice early breakfast which is great for a morning person or for those who travels with kids. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner (fair price for the good quality). The location is great: about 20 mins by Uber to the Falls. There’s also a tourist service center where you can book a tour or get any information needed. There’s an outdoor playground and a playroom indoor.

I wish they have had more vegetarian options in the menu, especially protein. The gym is quite small

Beautiful place, amazing breakfast, lovely staff, spacious and clean. Many options for kids' entertainment. It has an ATM, gift shopping, bar at a swimming pool, and the bar man was great. He would walk around, take orders, and deliver the drinks. There is no need to leave your comfortable sit!

Kids were a bit noisy. The shower could be stronger.

Big territory, There are a lot of entertainments, the weather was wonderful, so you can swim in the swimming pool and relax near by it. The food was tasty as well. And the choice of the food was quite wide. And we were with our dog. We did not have any problem with it in the hotel.

The room of the hotel was not so big.

The location was good being close to the Argentina Brazil border, which you will need to cross a couple of times if going to the Iguazu Falls and IGR airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast and dinner (we had the half board option) was very goid and had a lot of choices. The grounds are beautiful with a nice pool area. Love the peacocks and babies! The staff are helpful and friendly and understood some English. The gift store is small but nice and very reasonable. They do have a tour desk if you need it.

The rooms facing the pool can get very noisy especially on weekend evenings and also the rooms can get very hot. It would be nice to have ceiling fans in the rooms although it does have an AC and the room will eventually cool down.. A table in the room along with a second chair would have been nice, especially since there is ample space. Complimentary bottle water (at least one bottle per guest per day) would also have been good. The water in the fridge (bottled, which you have to pay for) tasted fishy once it was no longer cold, so we ended up buying water from elsewhere. The hotel is very spread out so there is a lot of walking to get from one place to another. For us it was fine, but may bother others. The corridors to the rooms can get quite warm too.

It's my second time in the hotel, and the place remains pretty good! Absolutely comfortable bedrooms, very enjoyable dinner, amazing pool and perfect steam room. Helpful and kind staff. A true resort, in the proper sense of the word, and an excellent choice at Foz do Iguaçu!
