The hotel is in pristine condition. For us, it was the best hotel experience in our trip to Argentina. It is located in an affluent neighborhood. It has 2 restaurants (one in the lobby area and one in the rooftop). The one in the rooftop is exclusively for grilled meat (lamb and beef) and has a heated infinity pool. From the rooftop you can view the Tancredo Neves Bridge (which connects the brazilian city of Foz do Iguacu with Argentina's Puerto Iguazú) as well as the Integration Bridge (which connects Foz do Iguacu, Brazil and the city of Presidente Franco, Paraguay)

The hotel was as we would have expected. We loved the pool deck! The location is quiet and convenient, being in a residential neighbourhood and a 5-10 min walk from the main street (where the restaurants and bus station are).

There never seemed to be a staff member manning the bar at the pool at the end of the day - someone inevitably turned up after everyone had left to go to dinner. You would sell a lot more drinks if the bar was staffed at the time that guests were using the pool. Also for English speaking guests it would have been helpful to have staff with a little more English. The bartender did not even know the word ‘soda’ that’s was on the drinks menu. Finally, we suggest you make it known to guests about the rooftop restaurant with the parilla/grill. We found it by accident and there were only two other people there - all that effort by the staff for four customers.

Location was good. Less than 10min easy walk to the centre for bars and restaurants. Room was large, had good AC and comfortable. Breakfast was very adequate and tasty. The pool was small but good for a cool off. Shame the bar staff at the pool don't serve food or drinks... infact I never did understand what they served. The hotel helped us connect with a taxi man... we used him for all our trips. Ask for Cristian, he was always on time, good rates and safe.

Pool bar did not serve anything. A good idea would be to serve coffee, juices, food items.

Breakfast was great as it included fresh fruit along with traditional pastries. The rooms were simple but clean. The rooftop pool offered a great view but it was not heated in June and was cold. Very accommodating staff and good dinner in restaurant. Even packed us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave early for our airport departure.

Pool not heated in off-season and was cold. Long walk into center, but doable.

The pool area has an amazing view and good facilities. The breakfast offers a good variety of breads, pound cakes, and fruits. The room is spacious and quiet. The hotel is located at walking distance from the commercial area and bus terminal, but in a quiet street, surrounded by houses with beautiful gardens. The food served at the terrace bar is great and even though options are limited, prices are very good and it's a great option to eat in after an exhausting day out.

The pool area gets a bit noisy in the afternoons, with loud music. The shampoo and the coffee were not very good.

Breakfast buffet, solid dinner options, pool, useful information about taxis/visting Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian side and comfortable bed

Power outages (I know they probably can't control them but staff didn't come to explain what to do or what was going on either) and dirty towel on my first day (all of the replacements were good after that)

Quiet location and good value for the money. They have a restaurant on-site which serves generous portions of tasty food at a good price. They also have transport services in the lobby that will take you to any of the tourist site for fair prices.

We found the bed pillows to be a bit too thick and hard for our preferences.

Helpful staff. Surprisingly good in-house restaurant, so practical in a town with not much to do at night and in the middle of a national “dengue” warning, when you do not want to leave the hotel at night.

Room was somewhat small for two people. Bathroom was great, with a shower instead of tub, but lavatory was small, not much space to lay out essentials or hang washed items.

Good looking hotel i.e smart. On trying to organise a taxi to the airport. Uber was not coming up with the goods and the on site travel agent ended up taking us herself which was much appreciated.

Slight odour of drains in room. Breakfast area an open plan area in foyer not a nice ambience to enjoy. If you like pastries you were fine any other options were lacking.
