What an incredible stay we had at Hotel Jardin de Iguazu! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed, and our positive experience only grew from there. First off, the location is absolutely great, making it super convenient to explore all that Iguazu has to offer. But what really stood out was the delicious breakfast each morning – a perfect start to our days of adventure. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was super comfortable, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. The amenities were fantastic, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. However, the true highlight of Hotel Jardin de Iguazu is its amazing staff. We had a stressful situation when my son lost his phone in a taxi. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They immediately called the taxi agency and leveraged their local connections to track down the driver. Thanks to their incredible efforts, we recovered the phone! This level of dedication and support is truly exceptional. Honestly, everything about our stay at Hotel Jardin de Iguazu was great. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed!

A typical Argentinean hotel, basic but with everything you need. Keep in mind that you won't spend much time in your room in Iguazu. Breakfast is plentiful and varied; in the afternoon Capirina is offered. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and early breakfast is available. Excellent location, close to the bus terminal (where buses depart for the Argentine and Brazilian sides of the falls). I recommend staying at least two full days to visit both sides of the falls.

Good water pressure and temperature in the shower; nice to have a mini fridge in the room; great breakfast; very nice and helpful staff. A/C worked well. Close to a nice range of restaurants.

I think this might be the only hotel I've ever stayed at where they didn't provide you with a single spare roll of toilet paper, so if you ran out you had to ask the front desk for another.

Clean, comfortable, double room with beds arranged to match our family needs. Wonderful breakfast with lots of options, including my gluten-free needs! Super kind, friendly, helpful staff. Amazing location steps away from a variety of great restaurants and shops.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel! Too bad it was winter and too cold to enjoy the nice pool!

The location was great, just outside of the city center of Puerto Iguazu. The staff were very helpful and took care of all my requests promptly.

One whole wall of the room was a glass window facing the pool, which made it pretty noisy. Also, since it was the middle of winter the room was cold. I expect that it is much more comfortable during the tourist season.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They recommended us to pay in Argentine pesos cash to help us save money. It's in a great location, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars, also the bus station is 5 mins away that brings you to the falls. Breakfast was a buffet, with a huge amount of different cakes and pastries. There was fruit and toast, cheese and ham too. You get a free cocktail in the evening which is nice too. The pool is great.

The wifi didn't work in our room, it seemed to work ok out by the pool, but often dropped connection for a minute or so before reconnecting.

After the initial difficulty regarding my room not being available for the early check-in I had requested, the staff were helpful with any queries I had. They provide cold and hot water for drinks on demand which was very useful. Breakfast is good, although I missed not being able to have eggs.

Nice hotel with everything you need, excellent location - a short walk to the main bus terminal and to the city centre where there're all the shops, restaurants and cafes. Basic but comfortable rooms, good shower and a decent wifi. We had a late in the evening check-in and it was in the middle of a thunderstorm, Jose (if I remember the name correctly) who was typically there at the reception at nights was absolutely brilliant - helped us arrange dinner from a nearby restaurant, recommended transport options for the following day and also spoke on our behalf with a taxi driver in Spanish on one occasion for our day visit to the Brazil falls - super helpful and always with a smile! Made our stay even more comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We knew the hotel is a bit dated so wasn't a surprise but worth noting the rooms are basic and furniture is dated. Also the breakfast is quite limited (no eggs for example) and repetitive but the great location and the friendly staff more than makes up for it.

Good location , easy walk to restaurants , shops and bus to Falls. Basic room but clean and nice to have small pool area. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. The manager ( or perhaps owner) gave us a map of where everything was including a good walk to where three countries meet.

Everything was ok , not an expensive hotel and you get what you pay for . Very adequate for our needs

Good base for exploring the falls, and very close to restaurants/supermarkets in the town. Overall the hotel is simple but the rooms were clean and the breakfast includes a few different options. Wifi was available in the room, aircon was working, and the hotel staff were helpful in organising taxis for the airport/falls. There is a pool but we didn't have time to use it.

Rooms could have a mini fridge, style could do with being updated but it's all functional!
