Hosteria Los Helechos is located in a nice jungle garden. The room is simple but quite large, the bathroom is ok, the towels are clean. When we arrive there is no internet, fortunately, they fix it in the evening. There is a swimming pool on the premises which is a plus.

Breakfast is hopeless, just the cookies and cakes that are stale and old. We have to ask for everything, cutlery, jam and butter, i.e. margarine. The kitchen staff isn't polite.

It has all you need! And working properly! It's simple, old, but DELIVERS!

There's nothing I didn't like. They also accepted my late CHECK IN after midnight, even being against their policy. Everybody was smiling and doing their best. If the place is simple, it doesn't matter. It has what you need. And it's CLEAN!

Nice garden and very quiet please, close to Omnibus station and some amenties.

The staff, at least some of them, seemed to be very bored. Not really reactive when information was asked. Breakfast is at 7am but before 7.30 you will not get anything. Room needed some maintence, swimming pool seemed a bit abandon.

very friendly & competent staff. We came from Buenos Aires by air & reached hostel at 11:30 pm but had no difficulty in checking in. In morning young girl at reception was super helpful. Breakfast was simply superb

The staff was super friendly, the location was nice and it was great value!! Breakfast was nice.

The internet wasn't the best but they do let you know in advance. The only real problem we had was how noisy it was outside the hotel, mainly the street dogs roaming around would bark all night and wouldn't let us sleep. It's not really the hotel's responsibility, but still good to keep in mind.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. Location was great - there was a bus stop just round the corner for the airport and the Falls. Big supermarket not too far and the restaurant next to the hostel was amazing. The bed was comfortable. All and all - good stay for a day or two.

Wifi in our room did not work. The restaurant menu did not have any wine that was on the list. Breakfast not that great.

Nice big place, located in the center of town, on the main avenue, and in a safe area. The breakfast is simple but delicious!

It has some old things that could be replaced so they don't deteriorate.

Breakfast: everyday is the same, no egg/omelette to be served Room:My room got 4 beds but I live alone. I was suprised, the value is very good.

The lighting in the room and toilet is kind of dark.

Friendly and helpful staff, we arrived around midnight and was checked in quick and easy. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Nice hot shower, and comfy bed. The pool and garden areas were nice too, well maintained. Great location. Would highly recommend.

The location was great as it was 2 blocks away from the bus terminal, you can find buses to different points of interest there. Clean and comfortable room. Unbeatable price.
