We absolutely loved this hotel. It is small, which was lovely as the pool was not overcrowded and at times we had it to ourselves which was lovely! The staff were very helpful (our safe was out of battery but they fixed this in minutes for us). The room was very spacious, the bed was well made and comfortable and the room was super clean. The shower room was massive which was lovely. The breakfast, although basic was incredibly tasty. We were very happy with our stay here.

The location is a little further out of the Main Street (around 10-15 minutes walk), however there are some wonderful restaurants right by the hotel meaning you don’t need to go into the town anyway.

We were greeted by a very nice girl who spoke perfect English (unfortunately, I didn't get to ask her name, it's a shame). The location is great, seems to be a safe area, a good bar nearby, several great restaurants. The room is spacious, equipped with the necessary equipment, with extra beds. Bathroom with all facilities. And the excellent breakfast alone is worth it! We would love to come back.

Not the hotel's fault, but we didn't use the great pool (too cold air and water). Maybe I would slightly increase the number of hangers in the bathroom and in the closet. The safe did not work (weakened batteries). The air conditioner didn't work, but I'm glad it wasn't needed, but a note for the future.

The setting is amazing, it's like being in a little garden in the middle of the town. Lovely pool area surrounded by palm trees. Really easy to walk into Puerto Iguazu and reach many fine restaurants. The room is large and clean. Wifi is excellent, staff are friendly. It's a small hotel with a cosy feel. Would happily return.

The shower in the room required 2 PHDs to operate. It either runs very hot or very cold. Oddly, both taps seem hot.... By day four, I had almost worked out how to shower. Breakfast was a little limited, which is to be expected in such a small hotel - it was more that things ran out quickly and there was a bit of a wait to get it restocked. I think breakfast time is a bit of an overwhelming workload for the staff if hotel is full. Neither of these would stop me going back, but they are areas that could be improved upon.

The place overall is great. Breakfast is included. I didn't use the pool, but it provided a nice view. The staff also let me borrow a converter as mine was not correct.

The bed was not comfy and I was here for 3 nights and had rough sleep. Also, the shower had zero hot water the entire time and the bidet was broken. There was also a used towel from a previous guest under the sink. Not the cleanest in the bathroom, but the room itself was clean.

Good location for visiting Iguazu Falls and good restaurant almost next door (Patanegra). Large room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast considering the size of the Posada. The pool area looked nice from the distance and had nice sun loungers, but we didn't have time to spend around the pool. Service for check-in was good, the girl didn't speak English but we managed to communicate with my broken Spanish.

There was a musty smell in the room. Everything in the room and bathroom looked tired and not spotlessly clean. The pool water had a green tinge, it did not look inviting. It was okay for one night's stay but I wouldn't want to stay several days

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palma Real Posada. Great value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants. The outdoor pool area was really nice for relaxing and the pool was so refreshing! Breakfast exceeded our expectations for a basic breakfast!

Just some small details that could've been better, like the shampoo and body wash in our room had run out, and the room was not initially stocked with the number of towels for the number of guests we had booked, but the staff quickly corrected this for us. I also found the online check-in process challenging, mostly because we were traveling beforehand without a computer and it didn't seem to work well on mobile.

Large room with big bathroom and excellent shower. Bed was comfortable. Quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with many choices: eggs, ham, cheese, fruits and fruit juice, different breads and cakes. Pool area is lovely. Excellent location, less than 5 minutes from a bus stop to Falls and Airport and 7-8 minutes from downtown. Great value for the money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

lovely venue with beautiful pool, staff helpful where possible, decent breakfast. walking distance to main food street and bus station and triple frontier. helpful to arrange private drivers to iguasu and to cross borders

aircon was very temperamental in the room and all aircon units were attached to our room wall so was very noisy

The room was huge with two double beds. Mattresses were comfy. Decor was lovely with Koati decals. The swimming pool was a nice touch. Damian and the team were so friendly and helpful. They really work hard to keep their guests happy. I'd love to stay here again.

Nice pool, enormous room, comfortable. Surprisingly good breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy location for getting to iguazu falls by taxi.

The hotel wasn't super responsive when we contacted to arrange a transfer from the airport and in the end when the driver didn't show up and we tried to reach them. They could have just told us to get an official taxi at the airport - much easier and it's a fixed price anyway!
