Nestor at the reception was amazingly responsive and incredibly helpful. Whenever I had a question he would respond within minutes. He helped us find a cab driver to take us around Iguazu for two days! The room was also great value for the price.

There were a few bugs in the rooms, but that might be inevitable given the rainforest environment.

Perfect for our needs as a family of four. A twin room for the teenagers and king size for us. Comfy beds, clean and fresh linen and plenty of towels. Air conditioning in all rooms. Small kitchen with a fridge and microwave and a spacious lounge/dining area. We were only here for 2 nights as a base for Iguazú falls and it worked perfectly with restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away but easy to navigate. The host was very good on communication prior to arrival and helpful and friendly whilst we were there. Felt safe and secure. Would recommend.

Don’t get caught out thinking the shower is cold. The temperature is labelled the wrong way so cold is hot.

The communication and reception were very friendly, the hotel managers are extremely committed and helpful and help with all requests quickly and competently. Communication is excellent despite my poor Spanish skills. The entire hotel complex is still relatively new. Therefore, not everything is finished yet. The room is large and bright with excellent air conditioning and a very well-equipped bathroom. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the location is quiet overall. The food delivery worked really well. It would definitely be even nicer with its own restaurant. The pool is very quiet with lots of birds and a nice atmosphere.

Brilliant stay! Emiliano was a perfect host, helping us to arrange taxis and answering any questions we had! We requested a quiet room and it was clear to us that he had really considered this (a lot of hotels don’t!), and the room was absolutely silent. The pool area here is wonderful. The room itself was perfect, spacious, perfectly clean, great air conditioning, brand new TV with lots of channels, reliable WiFi. A simple breakfast served to your room at the time you request (always exactly on time, we were impressed!). We spent a lot of time looking for a hotel in this town and we saw that a lot of reviews said that the hotel rooms were musty and old. We picked this one as it’s a new hotel and it really exceeded our expectations! It’s a really nice place, everything is modern, spotlessly clean, and like I said, the staff are great. Sitting by the pool at sunset, listening to the birds and the insects is just wonderful!

We had a great stay. Breakfast is limited but the hotel are very new so this will probably improve in time!

The hotel was a great, basic accommodation for seeing Iguazu. The rooms were more modern than I thought they would be, very clean, the shower had good pressure and hot water and the beds were comfortable. We had a triple room which consisted of a queen bed and a twin bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, one girl spoke fluent English which was helpful for us as she gave us tips for the town and organized a local taxi driver for us. The hotel was very safe and secure, and the town overall felt very safe for walking to/from restaurants at night.

Very friendly staff, prompt with any assistance required. Quiet location. Parking right outside your own apartment. Fly screens on most windows and doors to keep the bugs out.

The rooms look a bit scuffed up (marks on the paint etc). They are still fully functional and it didn’t have any impact on our stay but it looks a bit more tired than the photos.

Very nice hotel. The swimming pool was really good and clean. And the entrance in swimming pool was very smooth for a little baby. The room was very gig and clean with all necessary things. Hotel staff was waiting for our arrivel at night. The hotel is located outside from the sity center but there is a walking distance to the main street and shops.

Unfortunately there is a colony of ants in the room, I believe they came from the toilet drainage, which made the stay less comfortable. Everything else was great and the staff was helpful and quick to respond when we reported the issue.

It’s like a small village with it’s own pool and gardens (which I didn’t have time to use). Location is fine, a few blocks away from restaurants but in a very quite neighbourhood.

Our achedule was very tight, so we didn’t have enough time to spend at the property.

Pictures of the rooms don’t do this justice. Super nice room, very clean and modern ish. 10-15mins walk from Road of restaurants. Great value for money too. Recommend this place for sure, as long as you don’t mind not being right next to the town
