Great location that was directly opposite the bus terminal, so made it very easy getting to the falls. Person on reception very helpful. Breakfast included. Bed comfortable. Efficient air conditioning, close to restaurants and shops

The only thing I could suggest is a small fridge in our room. However having said that there is a big shared fridge available down in the breakfast / shared living area

Staff was awesome!! The 2 guys covering reception night and day ,go any length to help all the guests. Breakfast personal is very patient and did a good job trying to keep up with everything needed Next to busses to the falls, city tourbus Lots of nice restaurants and shops next to it We were here during an economic chalange in the country and the owner allowed the guy at reception to get cash from them as no ATM worked for 4 days and our overseas cards were not accepted anywhere during that time either.

Nice big rooms and bathrooms Sewer smell in the bathroom was a bit chalanging in the mornings ...just the way the plumbing gets done here I guess✌️ Minor thing to put up with, with everything else being so good

Terrific location - stroll to numerous restaurants and across from the bus station for easy access to and from the park for visiting the falls. We had a big balcony with entertaining views of the town. Special thanks to a very professional young man at reception who speaks excellent English, counteracting our ignorance of Spanish, who helped us greatly with local advice.

Location, staff. Except for the shower, the bedroom was clean. The bedroom is large.

The shower's grout was "black". It needs a bleacher. Also, our bedroom didn't have a dresser and a chair in the bedroom. You must lie down on the bed when you are in the bedroom or stand up.

Location is across the road from the bus station: amazing! Comfy beds. Staff were fantastic and when I forgot my sunglasses behind, they organised to put them in a taxi and for the driver to bring them to us at Iguazu at 5:30pm before we went on to the airport. Thank you!!

Shower drain doesn't clear properly and gets flooded after a few seconds. The room smelled a little funny.

Buffet breakfast with sufficient choice and substantial. Got a room with balcony with view of street. Very nice! Room was clean and neat with basic necessities. Air conditioning was very welcome. Location was conveniently opposite main bus station for busses to airport, Iguazu Falls or surrounding countries. Nice variety of restaurants near hotel.

The receptionist had an excellent command of English and was very informative. The breakfast was included in the price and offered a good variety of options. The hotel was quiet and sleeping was not a problem. My room was big and had a balcony.

It takes a while in order to use hot water in the shower. The Wi-Fi is not stable. The air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Nice hotel, easy to get too, as opposite the bus station. Central to Puerto Iguazu, so great for local shops and restaurants. Easy to get to the Falls, both Argentinian and Brazilian sides. Great local taxi service next door for all these trips, with whom we used Mabel. Good breakfast. Nice pool in the garden.

Hotel maybe a little jaded, and could be a little cleaner, but nothing to worry about.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable and the location is fantastic, two minutes from the bus station, where you can catch a bus to the falls or the airport. Breakfast is simple, with simple fruit and pastries. Beds are comfy and air conditioning was nice. The showers could have been better but overall good stay - I would stay again.

good sized room with good beds. Good balcony. Good pool, but needs a tidy up around it.

Only one chair on balcony. Need two. No glasses left out for water consumption. it would have been good to have had a table to put suitcases on
