The room is bright and tidy, and the bathroom is clean. Cleaning is done daily, and the location is great. There’s a window with a pleasant street view. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. The room itself is very small (especially if you have a lot of belongings), and the soundproofing is poor, but I was out exploring all day, so I slept great anyway :)

There was a confusing situation with the deposit — although the hotel confirmed it had been refunded, it still hasn’t arrived. Hopefully it will show up sooner or later :) It might be better to pay the deposit in cash to avoid any misunderstandings or wasting own time to figure out which bank it got lost in later on.

The property was easy to find, clean and welcoming. It was super small which may be a bit uncomfortable for larger families but great for a few nights as a solo traveler or a couple. The rooms come with beautiful windows that lead to the street and I had no issues with outside sounds coming in. This hotel was also very close to the metro station so super convenient for getting around the city. It was a great place to stay.

The rooms are super close together so I would often hear my neighbors. It wasn’t unbearable but I definitely woke up started one night because of loud noises coming from around me.

It’s a very cozy & atmospheric boutique-y type, seems like the apartment block been transformed into, hotel. Staff is very helpful, efficient, polite and know their job. Room was very clean (I’m an hygiene geek due to occupation) and minimalistic but all was there: slippers, good toiletries, kettle, etc. Very nice powerful shower and super clean (may be recently renovated?!) bathroom. Location is easy to find and very close to metro, with lots of various necessities shopping around the area but that’s not much around ie sightseeing, apart from botanical gardens, if you have few hours spare. Street is on a busy side in AM but at night was quiet. Shop opposite works late on weekends.

Lift can fit 2ppl hugging 😂 (literally!) or 1 person & a upright standing bag, with no room left. Otherwise it’s a spiral staircase. Rooms aren’t standard shape mostly. PS It’s not regarding hotel, but if you travel by metro with heavy luggage, there are lots of stairs to cover going up…

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean Room w/ nice view, Private Bathroom, Shower, Safe & good AC. Beautiful one of a kind vintage elevator. Yummy diverse breakfast buffet! Located in a quiet neighborhood near good Restaurants, about a couple of miles / 45 walk / 10 minutes Uber or Bolt ride from the Eiffel Tower.

The room had pretty much everything I needed (except for a mini fridge) and a really good value for a backpacker solo traveler - but could be a bit small for a couple with big luggage.

Loved the stay at Murat with my husband. We were there for our sons rugby match. It was the perfect location(close to underground and stadium), stuff was really polite ,helpful, and made us feel very welcome. It was a very good value for money and we will definitely go back.

In the morning, while we and other customers were having breakfast, one of the customers was ill and repeatedly sick in the bag. I do appreciate not feeling well however, they should have removed themselves from the area, go to the bathroom, or isolate themselves. Not a pleasant experience.

Very central and it had an air-conditioner in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had all the privacy that I needed. The staff were very helpful and resourceful too.

Granted that the breakfast was not included in the price, but when once I was going to take a coffee from the machine in the morning, the receptionist asked me my room number and told me that it was €2.50… he added that the coffee was only free in the afternoon. To me, this is an utter disgrace! If anything, people have coffee in the morning, not during the afternoon. Moreover, I felt it a bit of a stretch that after I spent €1,040 on my stay, the hotel would stay maintaining its point for a €2.50 over a coffee from the machine!

We received such a warm welcome and experienced wonderful hospitality throughout our entire stay! The host was a fantastic communicator — even though we didn’t speak the same language, her kindness truly shone through and was greatly appreciated. The apartment was very well-equipped and conveniently located, with easy access to the key stations. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A welcoming small hotel with the single rooms we needed. Modern, clean, quiet facilities, which looked brand new, and yet with a touch of old world charm. Wonderful breakfast, really good, quiet air con and very nice staff.

We would have liked a repeat of the bottle of water left in our in our rooms the first day, and the packet of dried fruit, which were a nice touch.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is well-located, making it easy to get around Paris. The bedroom, while small, is the perfect size for two people and has everything you need. It was clean, and the hotel staff was always very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast options were varied, offering something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris!
