the room was very spacious and had a lovely view from the balcony, which we really enjoyed. The property has a peaceful atmosphere and is located in a quiet yet convenient area—very close to the town centre and all its amenities.

We had a generally pleasant stay and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. However, there were a few small areas where things could be improved. The floor didn’t seem to have been properly mopped, and there were no tea or coffee making facilities or water bottles in the room initially—we had to request them separately. Additionally, the included breakfast felt a bit too basic. It consisted of string hoppers with very limited side dishes and was served in takeaway-style plastic wrappers, which took away from the experience.

The property is in a quiet place, 10mins walk from the beach, the breakfast is nice, local and simple. In terms of wifi, plugs for your equipment it was perfect.

A net on the bed to avoid mosquitos would be great otherwise it's difficult to sleep well We could not figure out how the hot water work so it was cold during our entire stay The room itself was not very clean. We understand we are within the nature but honestly a lot of improvements can be done on this aspect.

Had the pleasure of staying at this small, beautiful, and clean hotel located in a serene hillside setting. I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere that enveloped the entire property. The hotel's location is in a calm and breezy environment, it was the perfect place for long stays and work. The standout feature of this hotel was its cleanliness. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service provided by the staff Gobi. He is incredibly friendly and he ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Even though the hotel arranges food delivery, they don’t have a kitchen now. Looks like they are building a small kitchen on the corner for the long stay guest to cook

The owner/manager, whilst not on site, was very responsive through the booking dot com message system. The employee was super helpful, bringing me bottled water and answering helping with directions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, the aircon was great during the hottest part of the afternoon.

Just a little far out from the town, so food options were limited in the evening unless you take a tuk tuk to the town.

Calm location, clean room. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious. There were good restaurants nearby, we loved the seafood. A couple of good beaches nearby.

Food could have been a little better, would have loved a dressing table. A third chair would be better in a triple room.

The hosts are super nice and helpful 24/7! That’s made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Room was good, with panoramic windows and balcony, bed with orthopedic mattress, bathroom is also ok. The price is very good for that hotel 👍 If something is not working properly you should just say, they will fix it.

Very kind and gentle staff. Rooms are very beautiful and big. Bed is extremely comfortable, the best I found here in Sri Lanka. Breakfast is served in the room and you can have Sri Lankan breakfast as well as western breakfast. 10 minutes walk to beach, no need for tuk tuk.

Such a nice place! Lovely clean room and delicious breakfast. The host is so helpful and friendly! It’s only a 15 minute walk into the main town but on such a quiet street which is very nice.

The rooms were great value for money. High roof and balcony with an amazing view. We watched sunrise in the morning, so beautiful 🙌🏼 the location is about a 10 min walk down to beach and shops which is a bit further out but we really liked it. It’s close to a nice rock that you can walk up to watch sunrise. Sham the worker there was really helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!
