Superb kitchen staff, nice pool and general property of the hotel

The Receptionist was extremely unfriendly and additionally organized a way to expensive trip to another city for us. Also, the WiFi didn’t work in the rooms at all and also on the property itself it was super slow. I would have rated the hotel worst but the kitchen and its staff has been just too good.

Very friendly staff :)! Nice property with a beautiful garden :)! Direct access to the beach (just a small walk). Large rooms with balcony.

The beach lounger at the beach are a bit "lost" and unloving (no covers, mixed up...).

All staff were lovely and professional. Our room was light and bright with seating area outside overlooking the garden, everything was clean and modern.

We arrived very early at 8.30 we were told our room would be ready at 11.30 which is completely understandable. They provided towels for us and we hung out on the beach, the room was not ready till 13.30 in the end. We knew arriving early the room wouldn't be ready but a little annoying to keep checking after 11.30.

This hotel is an absolute plus ! We stayed here two nights and it’s a good price/quality hotel. The swimming pool is amazing and you also have a direct access to the beach which is very pleasant. Towels and pillows were available at the swimming pool too. It would have even been better if the bar at the swimming pool was open (but we were there in February and the east coast season only starts as of March/April).

It was absolutely perfect stay! We've been there during summer-2021 season while tourism was still almost dead due to the covid-19 restrictions. We've been alone in the hotel and on the beach, but whole hotel infrastructure was opened for us. Mr.Bandara was pleasant and helping and super professional host, that helped us even after we moved away from the hotel (we had some problems in Negombo trying to stay in another hotel before our flight home). Hotel is situated in 1 minute from the beach, rooms are clean and spacious, territory of the hotel is green and nice. million thanks to Mr. Bandara and cheif of the restaurant for my perfect vacations.

We liked it here so much we extended by two days. Our room was super clean and spacious with a really comfy bed and pillows. The swimming pool is wonderful, surrounded by a well tended garden with fish swimming in the ponds. So relaxing! The staff were great and spoke good English. We had a great few days.

The hotel has a beautiful pool, manicured gardens, and has a private walkway to the beach. Rooms are clean and offer coffee/tea, toiletries, and AC.

Wifi was terrible.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very supportive Manager. Overall I will recommend it to anyone who would like to have relaxed time at a beach at a reasonable cost. I booked this hotel for my dad who had a great experience and wishes to go there again👌⭐️
