we walked to this hotel from the Congonhas airport. It could not be more convenient. It was quiet, even though it was right next to the airport. Our room was sparse, but large and adequate. The price was excellent, as was the breakfast.

One elevator wasn’t working , there was a bit of a wait at times, because the place is full. The facility could use some updating, but as I said, it was plenty adequate, and the room was spacious.

We needed a hotel close to the Congonhas airport for a few hours of sleep before our drive early the next morning. The Ibis was super easy to get to, comfy and had a fun front desk staff at midnight! While the room was basic, it met our needs. The bed was very comfy and the place was quiet. There was a breakfast included but we had to leave without sampling. Happy to have stayed there.

Breakfast was great, location as welll (in front of airport) and bedroom very spacious for the family.

Check in was a bit slow, although there was no line, it took a while for the employee to get all our family information in the system.

We didn't have any breakfast but the bar had great pizza and good options. The room, despite facing the airport, was very quiet. It's a 10 minute (safe) walk from the airport, which is perfect for those staying for a short time in São Paulo

The towels were worn out and the air conditioning could be better

That’s not about the property itself, but I believe it is valid to mention. The pedestrian walkway connecting the Congonhas airport to the hotel is not safe at night. Elevators out of order, homeless and trash everywhere, and no policing nearby. Extremely dangerous

Good staff. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Cannot open the windows (lack of fresh air). Lack of a courtesy bottle of water (a cheap and simple thing that does make a difference). Lighting should have a better setup (like some more indirect lighting, to give more clarity without being too aggressive to the eyes).

Convenient for aiport, clean, pretty decent breakfast, helpful staff.

Rooms are pretty basic and a bit out of date (though very clean). Check-in took far too long (30min queue) with lots of paperwork. Too expensive overall.

Breakfast hours are about the best I’ve ever seen, allows travels of various flight times to partake in the delicious included food. Very friendly and easy airport access.

Location : close to the airport (you can walk 2min) Pizzas to order all the time

Need a bit a refreshment of the rooms but that’s fine if you stay only one night before taking a plane

The Parking people should verbally tell you, there is a waiting time of around 10/15 minutes to get your car. Not only written in a corner of the attendance window
