I like this hotel is very clean and tidy place. Very comfortable to sleep. Only jug kettle don't have. Aircond are good condition very cold. Water heater and water pressure in good condition. The indian girl staff at front office and the housekeeping indian anty also they are very nice. All satisfied. Recommended.

The hotel is good but the way Malay Male guy should be more polite when comunicate with the guest need to be courtesy. Should learn how to entertain the guest n be more customer service. Staff name as Shahrul should be improve to smile and talk nicely to guest. Because his attitude will be effected to this hotel image and star rating score. That's all from my side.

The Internet very poor...cant even get the wifi connected and the pillow cover is a bit dirty ....but the others superb...

it's good and value for money. it match my expectations. and it is very comfortable for partner to book hotel to take a rest. as for family, it's okay to book. it's clean and very comfortable. and more over, the staff stay up late to take care of their customers.

maybe the noise it make. because sometimes I can hear people walking around. I don't know why, but maybe because of the hallway. other than that, since I book this hotel for just one time, the toilet door is hard to close. but, it's not that big of a problem.

The property is at strategic location. There are banks, petrol bunks, restaurants and marts nearby and also night markets. I was worrying about the bathroom, but it was clean, and I would rate 9/10.

There’s not enough space to keep our luggage or clothes. There are no other Tamil channels except only 1 FM. Feel disappointed. No Mirror inside room, found difficulty to dress up and getting ready for event.

Clean room and toilet. Aircond in working condition. Water pressure is good and hot water is working great. Bed is comfortable. Room size is ok for the amount paid. Hot water dispenser also provided at the corridor.

Telco reception is pretty bad (digi, room at the rear) and wifi connection is also unstable. Booked for room with window but its facing back alley and the building behind is only few meters away so we didn't really open the curtain. Would be better if we're offered one of the rooms in front.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

The beds were cramped in a small space.There isn't any space for luggage or walking in the room at all.

The location, the room and how convenient it is to slide your trolley back from the parking to the room. The ramp was built for the trolley and suitable if you are comingn with people with disabilities.

The shower water flows to the drain point closer to the toilet door. Which means the whole shower+toilet will be wet after shower. The next person to use the toilet may find it a bit annoying to have a wet toilet floor even if u do not need to shower, if u know what i mean.

The chubby female stuff is very friendly. i asked everything about the rooms, she serve me well and rescpectfully.

Staff is good and nice

Room got small little cockroach 🪳 And the pillow was too thin,too hard to sleep and it’s uncomfortable 😣 Hopefully can change a new pillow coz many rooms also same problem Bed is not really clean and make my hand and body become itchy

- Location near to shop and other locations - Room at ground floor, suitable for older people - Easy parking - Staff helpfull

- Room not really spacious, a bit hard to solat. - Old towel, very hard..hope can change a new one or soften it.
