The breakfast is good and almost all served dishes are delicious except for the longganisa which is half-cooked and not fried well.

The food ordered at dinner is not good like the arrozcaldo which is very salty. The chicken inasal doesn’t taste like the real inasal with very hard uncooked rice. The pancit canton doesn’t resemble like the real chinese pancit canton. Should not have sesame seed and pig intestine. Should have vegetables, sauteed with pork liver. Looks likd Korean style and not the original Filipino pancit canton.

It was clean and comfortable, good facilities. Staff were kind. Strawberry taho available with the breakfast! The staff wasn't comfortable giving us our original room due to unforeseen circumstances so they gave us a free upgrade. A plus!

The shower was overhead only, just an FYI for those who prefer the removable shower head with handle. Breakfast can get packed with limited seats so be there early.

Special mention must go to Sir Ivan and Sir Jens, who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, adding a personal touch to our celebration. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of festivities. The dining experience was a highlight, with sumptuous food that delighted our taste buds, and the surroundings were impeccably clean, contributing to a sense of ease and relaxation. The location is very strategic and the hotel is new hence the facilities are in top notch condition. Its is also a plus that the beds are full sized. We are also pleased with the breakfast variety. The staff were great, shout out to Clyde for taking action on our discomfort. We overall like our stay and will likely stay again here in future. This is really good new hotel in Baguio.

The wifi is not good when you are assigned at room farther away from the elevator. They need to install hood quality repeaters. The hotel also needs to fix the phone system as calls from different guest goes to our in room phone. We were transferred to another room which was good however the new room had a weird scent compared to our first room. Our first room smelled really great! Looks like the new rooms had smell coming from sewer or bathroom.

I love everything in this hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beds were super cozy. Buffet breakfast was really good and delicious! The buffet were plenty of choices. All hot and cold dishes were freshly prepared, beautifully presented and absolutely devine. Great staff and amazing service. The staff deserves five stars..they were so kind, helpful and they were absolutely lovely. Would definitely go back!

It was a nice hotel, overall.

The bathroom was nice but can be better. Bathtub was quiet slippery. You need to be mindful of this specially if you have kids or elderly with you.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. 1st morning was excellent but it seemed to decline as the week went on . Parking was always full - but it was a Easter weekend so really busy

The hotel is properly maintained the staff are friendy

They only issue 1 keycard per room so if one of the occupant goes out without a keycard the elevator wont work., but if he or she take the key card with him the room electric power will be switched off leaving the renaining occupant without electricity.

Breakfast is superb! They change menu everyday with good selection. One of the d best breakfast hotel in baguio (second to manor, of course). Staff were great.

Hot water. Hot water is not consistent. That is the only negative i can say

I really liked the breakfast buffet food most specially the "Taho" with different varieties of flavors. I had a great stay in SotoGrande. The staff are all friendly and attentive to my needs during my stay.
