Room super clean and comfortable. Air conditioner and wifi. The location is perfect. Quiet area and tasty breakfast. The supermarket is less than 5min walking , 10min walking to the center and 15min walking to the closest beach. The owner is polite, friendly with excellent communication and professionalism. An excellent place to stay for a short break in Alghero, very close to the old town and a short walk (or e-scooter) from all the best restaurants and attractions. Our Host was fantastic and I want to thank him for the extra effort he put in to make our stay more enjoyable, booking dinner reservations on our behalf and accomodating our check-in/check-out requirements. The apartment itself is exactly where specified on Google maps! A small communal kitchen and dining area with balcony, however we didn't bump into any other guests during our stay so there was plenty of space regardless. We stayed in the Blue room, which has a private terrace overlooking the street, great for mornings and evenings, and a drying rack for wet swimwear. The ensuite was very spacious with a decent shower and its own hot water system. Overall we were very please with our stay, especially for the price. I would rate it far better than an equivalent budget hotel and would happily stay again. Thanks!

Riccardo was very friendly and explained everything, gave us a map, and highlighted important things on it. Bed was comfy we could sleep well. Toilet with windows and set of 3 towels. Breakfast in the nearby Pasticceria. Luckily, if you’re not a Italian (which is why you’re reading this), there is a toast sandwich there other than sweets for breakfast. Toast is whole and Tramezzino is half of it in triangle form. 10-15min walk to the old town and maybe 10min downhill walk to the riviera (Lido they call it). Great location! Other thing that was useful, was the garage underneath the neighboring building. You can safely park your car there for 5€ a day. Inside you have a fridge with the freezer and all kitchen appliances.

The place is like a huge flat where everybody has a room with its own toilet. A Kitchen is common room but due to covid regulation it cannot be used. If you have luck (like we did) and other guests are quiet, then ok, otherwise it could be a noisy.

No parking. Available parking was 10€/day (not 5€/day as written) and at non-practical location for a semi-large car. In the hallway of the apartment complex there were dead bugs on the floor.

The host was super friendly and helpful and patient even we were a bit complicated 😬 we were late for check in. Room was huge with comfortable bed. Thank you very much.

Very clean and modern fit out

The room is well fitted out and is close to the old town center. The staff were very welcoming, meeting us personally and explaining everything to us plus arranging our arrival was very good communicating via Booking.com messenger.

It`s probably just Alghero, but finding a parking place is a nightmare and the street was very noisy. The room can get quite hot but sleeping with the door open isn`t an option because of the noise. Only for these reasons we wouldn`t recommend.
