Not sure why this place had such low ratings. My room was clean and I didn't have any issues with other guests or the staff. The internet was fine, I did a couple zoom meetings for work and watched Netflix with no issues. Something to keep in mind is most of this place is self-service, and you take care of your own trash, ask for bedding to be washed, etc. I didn't mind this at all. If you are looking for those things to be done for you, spend the extra money. I think for the price this was a great place to stay, especially for extended trips.

I was having surgery the next day and your staff got me in 2 hours ahead of check in. The young man at the front desk both check in/check out was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Will highly recommend to others.

The only thing I found an issue with, was it is not ADA accessible. I was on crutches with a broken foot, opening doors into the lobby and out to the parking lot was challenging. HIGHLY recommended remedying this, especially since the facility is located near hospitals.

The evening manager, Ashley was friendly, kind and very helpful. The morning manager was just as great, but I didn't get her name. Their actions went beyond checkin/out service. The room was very clean and looked like it would be great for a longer stay. I loved that it had laminate flooring! It made the room feel fresh & clean. The shower and bathroom were clean and had good hot water pressure. There was coffee available 24 hours.

I might suggest optional blackout curtains to slide over blinds. The blinds were in great shape, but let in a liitle more light than I am used to.

Newer hotel. I appreciated the relatively new, comfortable bed. Helped my arthritis. Good front office staff.

Have to take out your own trash. This is difficult for me, with my arthritis. The last hotel I stayed at, very similar to this one, were kind enough, to allow me to put the trash outside my door, and they also, provided linens to me, because of my situation. That's what really makes a hotel special, when they can help disabled guests, and not treat them, like healthy guests. I am 82.5 years old, a disabled USAF Veteran, and live in hotels in Colorado Springs, year round, except, when I travel offshore. I am also, a level Diamond III with Booking.com, a level 6 with TripAdvisor, and similar levels, with Expedia, Choice hotels, Red Roof, etc.

Clean and well maintained. Was easy to get in and out during my three days. — Staff was very helpful and nice.

Too many rules and the signing of so many documents. I get you must’ve had some real ne’er-do-wells that forced you to adjust your terms. But, it was just flat insulting to the rest of us. I was truly thinking of walking out during the sign in process. Fix this.

Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. You get a real kitchen (full-size fridge, large microwave and two-burner stove.). All appliances and bathroom fixtures were high quality. The building is very secure.

The motel is dog friendly. During the day you are going to hear some barking. This was not a problem at night.

Cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff. This is definitely a “no frills” accommodation, but is a great value for those not looking for many extras. (breakfast, pool, etc)

As guests are allowed to cook in their suites, we were often greeted by the smell of cooked fish. I realize there isn’t much staff can do to rectify, but this was something I didn’t care for.

Extremely comfortable bed. Housekeeping did a good job today. Nice lobby.

I have been here 2, full weeks. Today, when I extended another week, I was told for the first time, the hotel charges for fresh linens. All the guests have to do, is request fresh linens. I never changed any linens in 2 weeks, because I was never told, I was being charged for it, and all I had to do, was request new ones.

It was in a nice part of the springs. Lots of places to go eat. Since I was by my self , I felt safe and relaxed.

Nothing. Everything was great and I will be back.

It is not a fancy hotel but It has features like a stove, microwave, refrigerator, pay washer and dryer in the laundry room, mini fitness center, and TV—a lot of nearby restaurants within walking distance.

You have to bring or buy some pot and pan to cook on the mini stove if you don't want to go out often to eat.
