The first room assigned was not cleaned well it had obvious squished strawberries all throughout the room and on the floor/beds/chairs. I spoke to the helpful ladies at the front desk and they offered to move me to a new room. The facilities are great, we used the pool, gym, and laundry. One night as we went to do laundry, it wasn't working. The gentleman on the night desk was super kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve us needing to get laundry done.

It would be nice if all staff had badge clearly with name tag so I could specify thank the gentleman on the night staff for his concern and effort to resolve our issue.

Good breakfast. Fitness room was well-equipped.

I asked for two rooms and the listing I received said “Bedroom 1: queen bed. Bedroom 2: queen bed”. I was specifically asking for and expecting separate bedrooms. The name “Home2Suites” led me to believe this was a normal type of arrangement. What I got was a single room with two queen beds. When we checked in we were informed that no such type of suite existed at their facility. Fortunately it was only one night and so we were able to deal with the awkwardness and just get over it, but it made for a less than relaxed stay.

The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. Good breakfast. It has an indoor pool with hot tub. It was great to be able to use during the snow storm.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t plow the driveway into the hotel or parking lot.

The staff was wonderful. Misty was amazing, very accommodating and made me feel right at home.

There was no time to relax and enjoy the hot tub. Children splashing in the pool ruined that for us. Would be nice if there was an adult only time.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast is awesome.

No K-cup machine (as advertised) in room only Cuisinart wafers. No restaurants/bars walking distant. Limited TV channels.

I loved everything about this hotel. From the room to the awesome amenities. They even had a pool and hot tub!

There is only one thing that I thought could be better and that was breakfast. Breakfast was just okay.

Very clean! Had all the amenities you needed for a stay. Used the laundry amenities and they were working and clean. Hot tub was nice. Room had a great view of mountains. Great location and within 10 minutes of the airport.

Very clean, exceptional bedding, and care from the staff. The only negative was some sounds from highway were heard. But not too bad!

The only complaint about the room was that there are no towel racks in the bathroom or hooks on the door. But, we made do!
