We were traveling by bike on the Katy trail. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay. The price was good and beds were comfortable. They were accommodating to giving us the same room for the next night when we made a last minute additional stay.

Nothing - it's exactly what you expect for the location and price. We were able to bike into town and get breakfast at a couple of really cute places from the hotel and the trail was not that far away - maybe a mile.

The room was very clean and the owner is fantastic! The room has a modern split air air-conditioner that works very well. I will definitely be staying there again.

The usb charger in the room did not work so unbeknownst to me, my cell phone I was using as my alarm didn't charge during the night. Thankfully I had 4% left when the alarm went off. 🙂 (I forgot to mention it to the owner)

The lady that runs the motel is always on top of things. We have family in Windsor and this is where we stay . She all she can to make it good for us

I love this Motel and the staff who run it. April makes sure you are comfortable and provides what you need. The ground are awesome with different areas to sit outside and relax.

The manager, April, is incredible. She really cares about both the motel and the customers. I came by bike after riding the Katy Trail and she set up a hose for me to clean off my bike. She offered to drive me into town to get groceries. The room was spotless. It is a model of what a great small independent motel can be.

Great owners. Extremely helpful. Room was clean, TV worked well. A/C was great. Bed was comfortable.

Room and bathroom were small but that is to be expected given the excellent price.

April, the manager is very friendly. It was close to where my convention was. Room was very clean. A/C worked well. Price was good.

No coffee on premises. Ceiling light was out and from what I overheard it had been that way for a while, but they did give us a room lamp to help. There was a slight mix-up I contacted the property and booking about about 72 hours before my booking that didn't get resolved until after our stay (2 nights).

Clean and well maintained.

Driveway needed some grading to remove potholes.

Very clean room, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again when traveling back to the area.
