It was walking distance to Bangi convention centre, where an event I was going to was held. There's a lot of nice cafés and restaurants. I love the ice cream place that also sells coffee. It was also a short drive away to Coffee Bean and restaurant outlets. The hotel is well maintained. The room was big and comfortable.

When I arrived and went into the room. It was so hot 🔥 inside like an oven. It took about 5-10 minutes for the room to cool down with the air-conditioning. I would suggest to the management to turn air-conditioning or open the room door a few hours before guest arrive.

The cleanliness and neatness of the room, along with all the facilities provided, were very satisfying and made our stay comfortable. The food served at the breakfast buffet was also delicious and met our expectations.

The internet connection (Wi-Fi) in the hotel room is rather slow, and I need to switch to the lobby Wi-Fi on the 1st floor or elsewhere to get stronger coverage. This is because I am experiencing interruptions both with my mobile network and the hotel Wi-Fi. The only improvement needed is the internet speed and coverage.

Great value for money hotel. It suited our needs for the stay. Well priced and is located next to many restaurants and cafes as well as a supermarket. Parking is excellent too and is just across from the hotel and is an easy, undercover walk.

Downsides - really noisy! Could hear every movement from our upstairs neighbour. Cockroaches in the bathroom (can't be helped in this climate but still). Air con was very noisy. Room felt dusty as we left feeling congested.

Friendly front desk staff.

We are not allowed to bring our food into the hotel. They will compound us rm1K. We just landed KLIA from Mecca at nighttime. Busy waiting for the baggage almost 2 hours and by the time check in almost few minutes before midnight time. Left our food in the car with hunger and tired. I hope the management will consider those long travellers landed almost midnight who bought pack food to eat at the hotel after cleaning themselves up.

Nice, clean, large room. Bed(s) were awesome (big and comfortable). Plus, the room was quiet. There is also a multi-story covered parking, where you can park your vehicle.

No water dispenser anywhere in the hotel. Yes, they provide water in plastic bottles. But in this day and age where hotels should strive to be a little more environment-friendly, water dispensers for guests should be available, at least at the lobby. TV channels were abysmal. Which is a real shame at this price point. Deal breakers? Yes, to me. At this price point,

The location is in front of Bangi Wonderland and next to big supermarket. The room is big, with 2 queen beds. They also got few other restaurants by walking distance such richeese factory, starbuck, cbtl, nandos, etc. The design of hotel is super unique, you may feel different when reach to the hotel. The free parking is in the next building but needs to verify our tng card. The free parking only valid for tng card only.

No facilities like other hotels, they only have lobby, conference room and restaurant.

near to Bangi Wonderland and Universiti Islam Selangor. In the middle of Bandar Seri Putra. in front of SSF Home, Richeese Factory, Bangi Avenue Convention Center. A lot of valet parking in front of the hotel. Easy to access to coffee shops, restaurant. all 2-5 min by car distance. room is spacious and clean.

Iron provided at every level but the cheap one. take more than 15 min to complete iron for 1 shawl. please upgrade.

Upon check-in, we try to get clarified on the breakfast on how old kids’ can get free entry, the receptionist said, our 8 & 4 y/o need to be paid. However, next morning going for breakfast, 1 of the staff querying on why paid for the 4 y/o. And we got confused since it has been paid. 😅

Breakfast is simple and average. Location is convenient nearby Bangi convention; downstairs have a lot of good restaurants. Hotel does not provide room service, but can call grab, food panda or dine in restaurant.

The shower floor has grip, which is good but should have been cleaner, as some corners are stained with spots, however still okay.

The place itself its very beautiful. I love it so much ! And yes the staff right there is just super friendly and ready to assist you at anytime. Love the interior of the hotel and the parking lots , my goodness , this place literally eliminates all my worries. The parking is spacious and it has a lot of floor in it , so you dont have to worry about it at all , you will definitely get the parking lot for yourself ! The room itself its just amazing , a big applause to this hotel !
