Helpful staff. Luggage storage. Thoughtful placing our luggage ahead in our room. Thoughtful placing us on laundry floor as we were there for many days. The location close to station, local bus, airport bus, under cover shopping arcade. Nice street view.

Not only Forza but EVERY hotel today insist on using hot duvet (doona). Without option of a top sheet. We have to pull out duvet and remake bed. Only one hotel provided a separate top sheet. This is not cost effective because to sleep under hot blanket you would have to run AC at 10c

I think the mood is very relaxing. Also i typically love its smart tv so me n my frds can play dumb stuffs on youtube and had a great time before sleep every night. Room is exceptionally clean. Very friendly and polite front desk staffs n cleaning staffs as well. Overall its so gd.

My room should be breakfast included but somehow they told me the booking not shown and it took quite a while to fix that but finally it was solved.

The location was excellent! The room was very clean and the staff were so friendly.

Hotel well located and with good fournitures. Everything was good. Staff member was fluent in english. I believe the hotel was renovated a few years ago. No Onsen in the hotel but we did not need it for our short stay.

The room was an amazing size, the bed was big and comfortable, location was great, Staff helpful.

Only 2 tiny things. Maybe a safe in the room. And some tourist information in non Japanese languages

good breakfast, parking was not available on site so have to park on public parking which about 5 mins walk

The room size is ok if compare to standard room in Japan. Bathroom is also big. Not far from Oita station.
