Every single staff member we came across was incredibly friendly and professional, and all loved entertaining our young child - some of the best service I have had in any hotel. Our room and everywhere else in the hotel was super modern, clean, polished and well-designed. Small luxuries like the free minibar, bringing milk up to our room free-of-charge for our young child, and being able to arrange babysitting services, were a nice touch. High quality buffet breakfast.

The location isn't bad, but also isn't the best - it's in a relatively quiet part of the city and you'll need a car or bike to reach most of the main attractions in Danang, there's not much within an easy walking distance.

Staff were wonderful and very kind. The room was also very big and spacious, and the hotel was in a good location.

I booked a club room, yet wasn't able to receive buffet breakfast at the Executive Lounge like advertised. Instead, I was told to go down to the usual floor. I would recommend booking a normal room. Breakfast was a bit mediocre but in a nice and comfortable restaurant.

The service in this hotel is second to none, I stayed in a junior suite which felt more like a suite. The reception team were super attention aswell as the 24th floor team. The spa treatment was excellent and the gym had lots of good equipment. I felt it offered really great value. Its right in the city centre (if you want access to the back in danang its a bit of a walk or a 20 min taxi but I would still have stayed at the crown plaza because it was simply so good. The use of the 24th floor was great with cocktail hour and afternoon team.

The hotel is very nice. It's location is very good, close to the Han river and not very far from the beach. The rooms are large, very clean. The bathroom as well. Breakfast is very good, abundant food, for all tastes. The staff is also very professional. The hotel provides storage service. We went to Hue for one night and left our big backpacks in the storage room for free. Vary good value for money. Highly recommended

Nothing to mention

The breakfast was diverse and fresh. It was great. Everything in this hotel we've seen was impeccably clean. The spa offering was great. Gym is well equipped with instruments, with towels and water provided. The view from the 25th floor toward the city/river was great.

Disclaimer: stayed only for two nights so might be biased. In the gym, they offered small, bottled water. It seems a bit wasteful not to use refillable glasses. The staff was trained to remain a rather cold, professional and helpful attitude, however, what was felt was mostly cold, and not warm welcoming. Compared to another 5-star hotel we stayed in Hoi An, this staff here seemed a bit pretentious and there's no feelings of "being at home". Quite distant in fact if you ask me. The swimming pool is poorly designed to have no privacy as the dining people can see direly outside the window and see people swim.

The property was beautiful and modern. The room was very comfortable and they had very nice facilities. The view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice. If it hadn’t been raining we would have jumped in the pool. We enjoyed a great couples massage instead! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

There are no balconies and the smoking area is at the corner of the building. It could have seating and perhaps a cover on rainy days. Even the side of the building could be used and have a bench to sit at .

We had a very pleasant stay at the Bay Capital. The personal is very friendly and helpful. We wanted to take an extra night which wasn’t any problem at all. Also they give recommendations what to do in the city. The room was very clean and comfortable while also very modern. The food was delicious and breakfast offers everything you need from traditional Vietnamese food to Western food. Definitely recommend this hotel. Shoutout to Henry for the great communication and the delivery of our missing item we forgot at the hotel room. You are the best.

Have stayed here quite a while now. Enjoyed it thoroughly. It is a very good choice. Initially left a bad review because of noise in one room but it was SWIFTLY resolved by Chris and the team. The hotel is clean, very well styled, they have an attentive very polite team, great pool, solid gym as far as hotels go & with a large full breakfast options. The restaurant makes amazing food for room service. TVs in the room are fantastic and the views from the hotel are great too. Taxi doors are opened and new guests are escorted. Sauna is 10/10 Hard to fault.

There are however a few key things that that stopped me giving this 10 star & they are as follows - In my opinion all extra water should be free in a 5 star hotel at this price point, some is and after this they charge a 1$ per plastic bottle. - Some of the staff do not really speak English well - Gym has no pullup bar which is an essential piece of equipment - Beds can be a little hard In some rooms Few small things keeping it from a top scored review

Very good hotel, staff very polite and professional. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfast outstanding.

Around the hotel there are not many restaurants, you have to walk for 15 minutes to find more options.
