The view has to be by far one of the most spectacular views I've seen from a resort and I've been to quite a few. The sun would set right infront of our hotel and was incredibly beautiful. we saw lots of sea lions swim right past our view. wasn't fortunate enough to see any orcas. Has a full kitchen in the suite and was very clean as well.

only two things I would Improve are the hotel sink was clogged all 5 days we were there. we had to brush and wash our hands in the shower which was quite annoying. there was also many fruit flies and mosquitoes all throughout the bathroom and kitchen upon our arrival. no access to beach from the resort and you are not allowed to go down onto the rocks. location is 30 mins away from any grocery stores and such.

Loved the view! It was a great little set up and we really loved our time there.

The unit I rented felt a bit neglected. We encountered all these things within 10 minutes of arrival and it felt weird. 1) dirt behind both bed side tables and water bottle there as well. I was plugging in phone and computer behind each when I arrived. 2) Two outlets we not Working; one was for the only table lamp in the living space. 3) stove was difficult to figure out. Cannot presume that everyone knows how to operate induction top stoves. Frustrating.

Nice view of the ocean and if you are a nature lover you appreciate this location.

We booked a compact 1 bdr suite for 3 adults and a 16 year old. There is one bed and a sofa bed in the living room. If it is expected to use the sofa bed as advertised (4 people), then the living room needs a window covering so you get some privacy sleeping right by the floor to ceiling glass windows and you are not forced to wake up at 5 am in the morning because its t9 bright!

Breathtaking view from the living room of a top notch apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms and beds. The shower and the tub are really good.

There is a construction near the apartment we stayed, so it can be noisy during business hours on week days if you have to keep the windows open (which was our case as it was a bit hot). Also, the distances provided in the property description only make sense if you have a boat. If you are by car, then the 2.2km to the nearest restaurant becomes 29.1km (twenty nine km).

We really enjoyed the view from our room — it was beautiful and made our stay special. The room was also well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

However, we were disappointed that there weren’t any nearby places suitable for spending time with a child. It would have been nice to have a playground or family-friendly attractions within walking distance.

Amazing location, beautiful new condos, clean, great views, nature walks right from the property. Super cozy yet luxurious experience. Just sit by the huge glass doors and watch the ocean 👍 the whole family loved it, and I appreciate that we couldn’t hear our neighbours above us at all

The sofa bed in the living room was not the most comfortable for sleeping. There was, however, a memory foam topper, which made it slightly better. Still a pity since the sofa bed was the best to sleep on for the morning views!

The location, on a cliff facing the Strait of Juan de Fuca, was fantastic. The cottage itself was very modern, well-equipped for cooking, immaculate with a great shower and deep bathtub. Even in November, the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors are worth throwing open to see, hear and feel the sea air and waves directly below. Hummingbirds visited each day. Everything was very high quality and the staff in reception was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were straight-forward.

The property is currently still a construction site during the week, as the management has warned, but it means the immediate grounds -- with trailers, construction materials, heavy equipment -- are not anything to see . As a result, it's very dark around the carpark at night, so a bit scary walking my dog alone out there for her pre-bed toilet break. Thankfully, the property also abuts the trailhead of the Coast Trail, which is fantastic in the daylight and less than a 5-min. walk from the cottages.

Amazing view, well-appointed facilities

had some issues with steps (wife has mobility issues) and malfunctions (bathroom heat, icemaker and one stove element didn't work). Didn't realize that beaches were limited in area (asked below if we went to Ella Beach, but that was never identifed to us as an option?)

Beautiful view! Extremely comfortable place with excellent amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplaces, a kitchen with everything you’d need)

The check-in time was a bit stressful. (From 4-5 pm)When you travel all day ( car & ferry) it can be hard to time it just right. It seemed like late check-in had to be prearranged. It was all fine, and late check in, we found out , was not a hassle.

The ocean was so close to you, waking up to the views was breathtaking. Everything was fantastic, we loved every bit of it, when your children need to burn off energy they have awesome hiking trails so close by, they provided extra things we needed which was really nice.
