the location was stunning with an over view of trees in the backyard and a great neighborhood. the place was well maintained, only thing for me was the positioning of the couch and TV, but that's just a nit pick.

I would probably put the TV on the right wall looking at the backyard door and the couch more centered and closer to the TV. this would open space for maybe a small desk if someone wanted to do some work with a laptop.

Modern and cute. We loved being on Bear Mountain and didn’t mind the drive at all! It was very clean and the owner was easily reached. I thought I packed appropriately but failed. It was nice being able to wash clothes. Huge bonus! We loved the deer! I saw some of the negative comments. None of us had issues with noise nor some of the other rather odd complaints. I forgot to take photos of the bedrooms. Thank you for opening your home to us!

The place was spacious & very clean. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of pamphlets with what to do & phone chargers in case you forgot yours. Loved the quiet location, yet only 5 min to groceries, restaurants, easy access to highway. Didn’t have to drive far to find great hiking trails or to head to Thetis Park for a swim or trail walking. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to arriving.

We could hear the people above us walking around with their shoes on & vacuuming. We were gone out exploring all day so in the evening when we just wanted to relax, it did seem a little noisy. Such a minor issue.

The apartment overlooked the tree canopy and so the garden was a lovely spot to enjoy the wildlife. The apartment was spacious

Adding 1 lounging chair in the lounge would have made the lounge more comfortable for 3 people to relax in the evening. As it was we all had to sit in a line on the sofa Wouldn’t suit anyone wanting facilities within short walking distance

We like the fact that it was spacious and clean. The view was amazing while having morning coffee. The host was respectful of our privacy. The price was what made our decision. It is very affordable for what you get. It was as advertised on booking.

We couldn’t find anything to really complain about. The location is a little off the beaten path but not excessive.

The only flaw is the bathroom located far away from the bedrooms. If the closet in one of the bedrooms can be converted into a bathroom, it would have been perfect.

Very roomie. Very clean. Never met staff personally, but very responsive and communicative via email. Slept well. Laundry was a plus.

Just be aware that steps to unit are stone, steep, and can be slick in rain. They are well lit at night and have rail. Could have used luggage rack in second bedroom. Had to use two stools for luggage rack, so no place to sit to put on shoes.

Spacious, comfortable . Two bedrooms were nice when traveling with three people.look location. Enjoyed patio.

Blinds in livingroom didn’t open or close well. Livingroom sofa not too comfortable needed another chair. Not a bed and breakfast no breakfast only coffee in the morning. Coffee mate outdated. Steep stairs outside for access.

Beautiful surroundings, spacious and clean room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The only minor issue was that some pots weren’t properly cleaned, likely by previous guests. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money — definitely a 5-star experience.

Would have liked a/c but there were fans which made it good. Would have liked a recliner or another comfortable chair in living room. Would be nice if they added wash cloths. But would use again. Overall great!!
