The hotel was in the most ideal location, literally a 30 second slow waddle from the seafront where you are spoiled for choice with tavernas. The hotel is also about a 2min stroll from an amazing bakery where we got our pastries and coffees for breakfasts. Our room was clean and perfectly suited our needs. Roberto was such a wonderful help and we are so grateful for all of the kindness we were shown. This place is absolutely hands down a place we will be staying again when we visit.

I loved the location, the room was spotless and very well appointed (one little suggestion might be another socket next to the bed to charge your phone whilst still having the bedside light on but this is a small thing!) Fantastic location so close to everything and gorgeous shop downstairs with beautiful things. Very friendly and helpful people too. It was a great stay!

The room was spacious yet compact, with a well-equipped kitchen and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent — right in the heart of things and close to the beach, yet still quiet. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and attentive to our requests. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Fantastic location and really good communication from the owners via the app. Room was lovely and good size with great air con. Facilities were perfect. I would stay here again, definitely.

Sometimes you could hear some noise/walking around from people on the floor above or the cleaner. Also not necessarily something we didn't like but would be good to have more amenities (toilet roll) left in the room at one time. We would often consider going out to buy our own as it was only refilled every 2 days with limited amounts. When the cleaner did visit it would be good to sweep the floor, or leave a brush in the room for us to sweep the floor which we would have happily done. We visited the beach every day and it was hard to not bring some sand/dirt back into the room, and as we stayed a week the floor was never swept up so it got quite dirty in the end. Very minor things but would just add that extra touch!

Great place, park, and walk to the hotel with your bags. You should not attempt to drive to the hotel to drop off your bags...

Be aware if you book the room with the balcony, it is in the "alley" with restaurants, it is usually quite warm with some of the cooking exhausts making it smell of fish and charcoal, there is a partial sea view, see photo. My wife and I still used the balcony for a glass of local wine in the evening.

Due to a late arrival at Preveza/Lefkada Airport, we had a one-night layover in Preveza on our way to Paxos. After some searching, we stumbled upon the gem that is the Sofita Hotel. This hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from the marina and surrounded by all the small but cozy restaurants. It is still quiet enough for a traveling family of four. We arrived late, but this small boutique hotel was extremely friendly both online and in person, and had no problem accommodating us. We highly recommend the Sofita Hotel to anyone looking to experience Preveza.

A beautiful location with lovely, comfortable decor. Very convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. Loved the convenience of having a kitchen.

The stairs. It would have been nice to know of the steep staircases. Also, it would be nice to have a drying rack for wet bathing suits and beach towels. It also wasn’t clear about amenities such as beach towels or the cleaning schedule.

Sofita is located 1/2 block from the bustling boating harbor in Preveza. It is one block off of the shopping district and right in the exceptional dining neighborhood. There are free laundry facilities available. Our room had a quaint balcony overlooking the narrow alley full of dining options and a view straight down the alley to the ocean and harbor.

It was my first visit in Preveza and I was surprised in a positive way. A very nice apartment decorated with great taste. Artisanal soaps were left as an welcoming gift for us. We really appreciated the thought. Everything was new, sparkling clean and the apartment has very comfortable beds. Fast internet connection. The apartment is perfectly located in the old city, next to the shops, restaurants and the sea. Would love to be back again.

Being located in the old city a public parking is less than 5 min walk from the hotel as the old city is only for pedestrians, but that was not a problem for us.

I loved the decor. The kitchen and utensils were useful. The location is right in the middle of where all of the residents are located. It is close to the waterfront. I liked the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful locals.
