The room is lovely and spacious considering we are a family of 4. There is also a balcony with loungers where you can relax and see a really amazing view of the mountains and overlooking the town of Bressanone. The pool is overlooking a really nice view, but take note that you are responsible for your children, there is no lifeguards around. There is a spa that's free to use but we didnt as we had little kids. As for breakfast, good quality but not much selections. The staff are really friendly. There's ample free parking around. Only 5 mins drive to Plose cable car that can take you up to the area for walking and lots of recreational activities for kids. Dont forget to ask the reception about the free Brixen Pass to get a free cable car ride for each guest! We enjoyed our stay!

Take note that this hotel is up in the mountains, about 25minutes drive from Brixen-Bressanone, but it's not a fault, you actually get a nice view in a quiet location. As we stayed during summer, it can be hot even though it's in the highlands. It's not a cheap hotel to stay and considering the price we paid, there is no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge, no airconditioning and they dont provide fans. So if you dont mind, you can open the balcony door and window wide all night to let air in.

The hotel was in a beautiful, scenic area close to many hiking trails. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but dinner was truly amazing (I booked including breakfast and dinner - advisable as there is nothing close by). There was also a lovely spa at the hotel. The staff were wonderful ... the lady at reception that took the time and trouble to explain to me that some hiking trails went right past people's doors when I could not find my way ... the restaurant staff whose exceptional service made me feel like I was eating in a five star restaurant every night .... and the gentleman who got up at 05:00 in the rain and cold to help me get to the bus stop I needed to be at in order to continue my journey.

We were surprised to see there is no minibar or refrigerator in the room, but that is on us because the room facilities are described in the reservation. Anyway, the hotel let us use the kitchen freezer every time we asked.

Hotel is in a very nice location, stunning views from the balcony. Nice dinner options. And very friendly stuff.

It is aloud for people to smoke in the balconies so it was really not nice to feel that smell in the room. Breakfast options quite limited, but the quality of food very good.

Very nice panoramic view over Brixen and the mountains. Clean, neat, well run hotel. Food is very good in general. Plose ski area is fantastic for a long weekend, the slopes and the panorama are breathtaking.

No good for strolling with the dog, or just walking after the meals, roads and paths are very steep. One needs a car for sure for any activities. Ski slopes are 5 km away, a 8-minute drive by car.

Hotel is very cute, clean, renovated and very well decorated. The services are excellent, SPA is not big, but with everything you need and as entire hotel very well decorated and equipped. What is also positive is that the SKI Bus stop is just in front of hotel.

A modern hotel in a beautiful and quiet location high above the city. Friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, great multi-course dinner. Excellent breakfast, pleasant sitting in the bar in the evening. Possibility of parking motorcycles in the garage. Used by a group of motorbikes on a trip around Europe. We can highly recommend and will definitely stop here again

It’s a bit far up in the mountains, but nothing too bad. There are buses coming right at the door for ski and for downtown Bressanone.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel location is stunning, it's clean, have pools and a sauna. Food was fantastic, great chef! Overall, my expectations were met and beyond. The whole experience was wonderful. Had a blast.

absolutely a quality hotel, everything inside the hotel is well designed and well made. I especially loved all those furnitures made out of local pine trees, they are eco and beautiful. the breakfast is wonderful as well. this hotel shows you South Tyrol people’s attitude to life, I loved it!

location. to be clear, if you are doing ski, the location is good, as there is ski bus to Plose ski resort, 15 minutes drive. however if you are going to Brixen town for exchange to other towns, it could be painful as you probably have one choices only: take bus 322 which unfortunately only depart at 8:20am and 12:40pm from the hotel and 17:20 and 19:40 from town center, and single trip is about 40min and it is very curved mountain road, so be prepared for potential dizziness
