very good. near to the shop. can buy things easily. will repeat again next time i go go to seri iskandar. near to lotus and can reacg just by walking

one thing that need to be improve is the water heater is too hot and can't adjusted. Other things just so good.

The location was very strategic with easy access to a variety of restaurants. The room although a bit small, was clean and comfortable with a good shower and WiFi. There's even a coin operated laundry on the same block. The staff are friendly and attended to our request for extra pillows promptly. Check in was smooth, you do need to pay for an extra keycard. Good value for money accommodation.

The parking is the public parking bays on the street as the hotel is a converted shophouse and you need to pay for parking beginning from 8am using an app. It didn't bother us much though as we're normally out from the hotel at 7am. You do need to be mindful of where you park and not to encroach as the restaurant next to the hotel downstairs places their chairs on the street in the evenings, occupying the parking bays in the area. It also could be a bit inconvenient to get to your car if it was raining. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you do need to negotiate stairs with your luggage in tow although it's only one floor up.

STAFF ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE. ROOM IS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. A LOT OF EATING PLACES NEARBY. REALLY VALUE FOR MONEY FOR SHORT STAY.

STANDARD KING IS A BIT SMALL THAN EXPECTED, JUST ENOUGH FOR SLEEPING SPACE, HAVE TO MOVE FURNITURE TO PERFORM SOLAT AND WINDOW IS BLOCKED. LUCKY MANAGED TO UPGRADE TO PREMIER KING WHICH IS MORE SPACIOUS FOR 2 ADULTS AND A KID, THOUGH NO WINDOWS FOR ALL PREMIER ROOMS. WOULD BE GOOD IF THE HOTEL PROVIDED CUPS FOR DRINKING WATER, HAD TO USE PAPER CUPS FROM TAKEAWAY DRINKS FROM NEARBY STARBUCKS, THOUGH BOTTLED WATER WAS PROVIDED.

The water pressure as well as the hot water in the bathroom is very satisfying, only the exhaust fan is slightly noisy when turning on the toilet's lights. There are many eating areas/restaurants nearby with very reasonable prices & various choices of foods.

Parking areas especially during night time, mostly occupied with outdoor seatings & tables by certain restaurants. Hotel guests need to park away from the hotel entrance.

Strategic location. But the room is too small, convenient only for short stay. Near to the restaurant and shopping center , by walking distance.

The room is too narrow. Difficult to move. Perhaps suitable for single person to stay.

I likes the overall facility and location. helped wary tired travellers like us to catch a shut eye and freshen up. The facility was clean and i enjoyed my short stay.

The rooms were adequate, just nice…the staff were great, they were very helpful..

I wished that they could have arranged the two rooms to be linked…I have 4 in a family, so I had booked two rooms but they weren’t linked…

The location is close to Lotus supermarket and restaurants, therefore no issue to get food.

There should be at least a tall locker to hang clothes

The bed and pillow are very comfortable, water pressure in the shower also very good. Good water massage from the shower after long journey drive.

The Hotel was very strategic located and convenient to look around for food. The staff were super friendly!

Loud noises like yelling and screming made my night sleep very uncomfortable! Noises came from the restaurant next door.
