A hidden gem in Jaisalmer! Really nice place; The beds were so comfy, room was big, WIFI was fast, and not only that, but it is also a beautiful heritage house and the architecture of the rooms was fabulous; It looks like you're an Arabian Prince/Princess, very exotic and 1st class looking. The bathroom was also big and clean, had hot shower, the whole place was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful; And it had a view. What a view! You can lounge there forever just admiring the Fortress and all. The staff was also very warm and accomodating; Very helpful and friendly and honest; They helped me get to the Sand Dunes, the Camel Rides and all the attractions along the way. Location is the best; 3 min walk to the bus going to Jodhpur and 10 min walk to the fortress, and is very safe. Jaisalmer as a whole is very safe and not as hassling as you would think; The people are very respectful and polite. Will highly recommend!

4 days went too fast! I wish stayed longer!

IT WAS A ROYAL STAY AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE. THE ROOM WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. ALL THE STAFF HAD A SMILING FACE AND VERY SUPPORTIVE. FOOD WAS GOOD AND WE GOT AS WE WANTED, LESS SPICY AND THE QUANTITY WAS MORE THAN WE COULD CONSUME. THE BATHROOM WAS ALSO CLEAN, SPACIOUS AND EQUIPPED, THE GEYSER WAS WORKING AND WE GOT HOT WATER AS AND WHEN WE NEEDED. REACHED THE PROPERTY VERY LATE AT NIGHT BUT THEY CARED TO PICK US UP AT THAT ODD HOUR. WE HAD A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE GOLDEN FORT (SONAR KELLA) AT NIGHT FROM THE WINDOW AND ALSO WITNESSED THE SUNRISE FROM THE BALCONY OF THE ROOM IN THE MORNING. THE PACKAGE TOUR FOR SAND DUNE WAS PERSONALIZED AND MIND-BLOWING. EVERYTHING THERE WAS A WOW. AND SAMAR, THE CARETAKER, IS A GEM OF A GUY. NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HIM. I WILL LONG REMEMBER MY STAY AND EXPERIENCE AT JAISALMER AND THE PEOPLE I MET AT THE PROPERTY.

THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THAT THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A ROOM HEATER THOUGH IT WAS NOT REQUIRED AT THE TIME. PROBABLY THEY WOULD ARRANGE IF THE SITUATION SO DEMANDS.

Great terrace with a view of the fort and city. There is also a cafe on the terrace where you can order food or drinks. The staff is excellent, both in a cafe and in the hotel as a whole. We were constantly offered tea or coffee as a gesture of hospitality. We were pleased. As for the numbers, they are for non -picky tourists. There were no problems with hot water. We had a linen with spots, which, apparently, are no longer washed. But we knew it can happen before our arrival amd we were ready for that. I do not recommend taking tours through the hotel. Whatever price you get, it will definitely be double. Guy who offered toura for us, even didn't want to leave his phone number 😁😁 Tour will not be of high quality it is for sure 😁😁😁

Nothing everything was perfect

Perfect stay at Jaisalmer, the owner is really kind and ready to help whenever possible. Rooms are beautiful compared to other rooms of different hotels at the same price, with bigger bathroom and sink. Position is pretty good. We also went on the camel tour proposed by the hotel, which proved to be very good! We could also take a shower after the tour at the hotel and wait in a room until midnight for our train, at no additional cost.

The safari tour was the best - its a private safari the experience was so unique and real, we could not ask for more. and also the one who was with the camels where so nice, we had the best food at the camp fire on duens, all fresh! The terrace of the hotel is so nice to hang out and the staff in general is great! Location was also great, like 20 minute to the fort but its a nice walk Highly reccomended

My stay at Marigold Hotel Jaisalmer was absolutely marvelous! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The food was amazing, with a large variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian items, They expertly organized an enchanting camel safari, along with a plethora of other thrilling activities, transforming our trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff truly made this desert adventure unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend Marigold Hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Jaisalmer.

The location is close to fort, the hotel is neat & clean, staff is nice. Helped us with the safari and tent bookings at reasonable price.

Parking could have been better as pigeons poop makes vehicle dirty, however as per location they can’t do much about it. Also do help in cleaning that and thank you for that guys.

The hotel is really nice and everything is new and well preserved for the time they have been opened. The staff were all very nice Special thanks to the guy in the kitchen and the his helper They have organised a very nice safari for us You can skip the village visit and "the temple" - not worth it. Everything else was fantastic!

The feeling you always feel like a foreigner and you r being charged much more then the locals On the first night one of the managers was drunk and was a bit loud , highly unprofessional in my book, sorry Unable to pay by credit card as stated , this is typical here in India , sick of it

Very nice and clean room, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Our son had a birthday and they prepared a birthday cake for him. They organised very nice desert safari with camels. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Rooms are not soundproofed so it can be noisy in the evening and early morning.
