I was very well pleased on the cleanliness of the whole place . And me being a non smoker really liked the fact the casino floor was half smoking and half non smoking . My wife was very pleased with the place and really enjoyed it also .

I thought 200 dollars a night was lil pricey , but understand its the weekend and everyone rates increase on weekends . Just price gouging but that's everywhere you go . Had one small argument with a manager trying to check out Sunday morning, but my wife being the better person than I am resolved that issue . So , overall had a good stay and very happy with the place .

Ruthie's was spectacular as always, and the staff members at the casino were all polite and accommodating.

The two women working the front desk were not friendly at all. They gossipped about another employee while I was checking in and barely acknowledged me. This is the first bad experience I've had while checking in

Food was great, Place was clean and well cared for. Loved the gift shop and spa salon they employees at both were very nice and helpful. Grand daughter 6 especially enjoyed the rainbow lighting effect around the building.

Thought the shower area was smaller than I'm used to using and the sliding barn door on the bathroom area, not a big fan of that style, when you have kids you kind of like to lock yourself in.

I loved the environment, even been able to smoke while yu gamble. Food was good from the places that are in the resort. I shall be back soon. Again thank you for the comforts and services.

Only thing that could have been better was the weather.

Easy to get to. New machines to play. They wiped down the machines often. Staff was very friendly including the sports bar staff.

The mattresses need to be switched out for new ones. They were very uncomfortable. I did let the staff know about that and they said they were in the process of changing them out.

This was the cleanest and most well kept casino I’d been to In the Midwest there was almost no smoke smell at all anywhere throughout the casino floor which was really nice! The room, and facilities were very well kept and I didn’t see anything that could have made it uncomfortable or dirty. easily the cleanest suite and room I’d ever stayed in and the concierge suite was AMAZING!!! I definitely will be coming back again and spreading the word!!

Everything was amazing! The facility was great. They had a pool and a spa and the casino of course was right at the entrance so you didn’t have to walk far. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and modern which I love.

The fact the rooms didn’t hav a microwave and a real mini fridge.

Didn’t eat breakfast but did enjoy the friendly staff at the spa facility. Room was clean and orderly with excellent water pressure and the bed was comfortable.

Shower stall was rather small. The sliding door for the bathroom was difficult to close.

Was a very nice establishment updated comfortable with great staff. Ate at Ruthies and it was delicious

Wish I had better luck at the casino and wish there was more non-smoking area

The beds were comfortable. There are three restaurants on site to choose from. If you would like to have a lot of different activities, then this is the place for you.

Only two washcloths for four people.
