The way the payment was handled was a bit stressful. The hotel sent messages both in Booking and WhatsApp asking to provide the email and follow links to pay, which looked very suspicious.

The junior suite that I booked was on the 1st floor, it had a great view of the sea. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There is a choice of pillows that you can order from a menu. I loved the adults only pool on level 4 and spent most of my day there sunbathing and reading. The proximity to the beach was also superb. There is a limited shuttle bus service to the nearest town which I did not use, but is handy for travellers. The breakfast dining room also had a fabulous view of the water.

Breakfast was very limited. Even though it had the usual, but the taste was not that great. The location of this hotel is also pretty far out, which was OK with me as I wanted somewhere quiet for deep relaxation. However, the taxi will cost about 50 euros each way from the airport. Taxis are the cheapest way to travel and all you have to do is to get reception to book you a taxi. Ubers are more expensive. On level 6, there is a rooftop view and sundeck chairs, there is a bizarre rule that you have to pay 50 euros for each sundeck chair, when hotel guests are paying 350 euros a night at this hotel. These should come complimentary. Further, complimentary water should be provided each day and not only upon check in.

The hotel is great. With a very comfortable room, amazing view of the sunrise and the ocean. The whole structure of the hotel is well organized with options for family, couples and kids. The breakfast has a lot of options and great quality. Even going during the peak season the hotel was not crowded and beach in front had not that many people

The dinner is very expensive (EUR 45 per person) and the quality was terrible. The cost would not be a problem, if the food was better. But, close to the hotel you have several options for a dinner out

The views from this hotel are exceptional. It’s so stunning and special . The adult pool area was amazing with plenty of space and beds for all! The breakfast was also very good. And staff at the bar at lunch time were great - big shout out to Sandra!

Nothing bothers me more to like! It’s a really lovely and special place. The only thing I would change is more transport to the local town. Unless you have a car it feels quite remote. The nearest shops are 15 min walk away

Excellent varied cuisine, a comfortable new room with a gorgeous view, and attentive staff. It is hard to find obvious flaws.

The hotel is on the pricy side, so you would expect it to provide drinking water to the guests. However, you are charged 5 euros for the water even at the dinner, which we paid for as a part of the half-board. Would adding one euro per night per person to the price and being generous about such essentials be difficult? A shuttle mentioned on Booking.com is a shuttle to the nearest town, not Palma and the airport, so don't get confused.

amazing location, good breakfast

i was aware that some facilities are adults only, but according to the information on booking.com “children of age 13 years old and above are considered adults at this property”. Could not even sit on the upper terrace with my 13 old daughter or use pools (only one pool is allowed to use for kids). There was no view from our room (balcony) just a fence.

The location of the hotel was fabulous, and the view from our balcony was stunning. The spa was exceptionally good and was included in our room rate. The breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of cooked foods, salads, fruits & cereals.

The junior suite was much smaller than the photographs on booking.com and the bathroom was very small too. The air conditioning didn't work as it should, and the room was very warm at night. The lady who greeted us on reception was anything but friendly, she was very abrupt and not what you would expect from a 5* resort. The male staff were very friendly and polite, but only to the female guests, not so much to us males. You had to walk through the bar to get to the lower pool which is a bit of a pain, and the panoramic pool was on the 4th floor. The Nude Pool was on the top floor and was like a giant fish tank, so anyone swimming naked in there, was visible from the panoramic pool area, which was very odd.

Wonderful beaches nearby, the buffet at the hotel was great! Amazing views! Make sure you get sea front view!

The hotel is quite large, and each morning it required a long walk and two elevator rides to reach the reception. On our first night, I requested the à la carte menu, but a staff member informed us that the buffet was complimentary. Since I was feeling unwell, I didn’t eat anything and was simply keeping my husband company. However, we were charged 73 euros for the buffet. The following day, we avoided the buffet entirely, yet we were still charged for it. It seems likely that another guest may have mistakenly provided our room number.

The location is excellent. the pool side area and the beach, which is easily accessible are very nice. breakfast area and breakfast options are lovely. rooms are beautiful with sea view.

limited availability of spa treatments due to staff being on leave. gym not available even to older children (e.g. 14-18). some of the room towels are really old and broken and need replacing.

Lovely location , plenty of space both inside and out. Beautiful sea side location with views across the bay & direct sea access.

The rooms were quite hot at night , the aircon was t quite cool enough
