The outdoor fire pits were a wonderful addition! All interaction with staff was by far some of the friendliest weve experienced. From front desk lobby to cleaners and security! No one was too busy to stop and chat or offer directions and suggestions. We absolutely loved the renovations this establishment has done. The rooms were spotless, and everything had a wonderful clean smell. The complimentary coffee was actually.. some of the best we have had in our travels! Bravo!

The bed was a little uncomfortable. But not horrible. Advertised as a queen bed.. seemed more like a double size. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it did have what you needed. While in Grandbend vacationing, you really are there to just sleep. It didn't have any affect on our desire to return for another trip!

Located at the top of the Main Street leading to the beach, this beautiful hotel is the perfect location to everything. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, and linens and towels are great. Our rooms located in the centre court provided us with a fabulous patio outside our room with tables and chairs, great for evening drinks and socializing.

We stayed in rooms 138 & 139, great rooms!! My only complaint are the rolling shades on the patio sliding door which does very little to keep the room dark so by sunrise the room is so bright there’s no sleeping in and the beds are located right next to the sliding doors. Room darkening sliding drapes for those who want more privacy would be a nice addition.

When we arrived to the hotel, Emma welcomed us with a warm greeting and was VERY kind and with no hesitation she was very accommodating to our needs. The grounds were beautiful and we especially liked the sitting area available for us to enjoy with umbrellas and a very warm and comforting environment. We also enjoyed the free coffee available in the lobby in the morning. It was a great grab while walking to the beach.

The room had a very strong cleaning product scent that was carried throughout the hotel hallways. But on a side note we were happy to find spotless rooms.

I loved the shared walk out patio. It had Muskoka chairs and tables with umbrellas. It was kept very neat, clean and tidy. My room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were approachable and friendly. I loved the location. It was about 5/8 min walk to the beach depending how quick you walk. You pass tons of restaurants and stores slong the way. It's not a long street but it is packed with charm.

There really wasn't anything off-putting. I really loved the place. I'll definitely go back.

Good location on the main drag. Great to sit outside and staff lit the fire pit for us and also provided marshmallows and skewers. They also organized wine glasses so we could sit outside and enjoy a bottle of champagne. We were 4 in the room with 2 large king beds. The room was versus spacious and comfortable for 4.

Our room was on the pavement of the main drag, so people would walk right past our sliding door. So one had to keep the sheer curtain closed, so was pretty dark in the room. Also no liquid body wash only cake of soap.

Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. No closet in our room only hooks on the wall. We liked having a refrigerator in the room but wish there was a coffee maker in the room. Lobby clerk was very nice and let us check in early. Be aware that there are no elevators in the hotel so my 94 year old mother had to take the stairs. She didn't mind because she likes being on the second floor. However, the stairs should have better lighting. Loved the real wood fire pits and chairs outside.

The location was the best part. Walking distance to beach and all the restaurants. Nicely renovated and charming outdoor fire pit.

The room was overpriced but as expected when booking in prime summer season. However, two days after booking we noticed the price dropped by $100. The room we recieved didn't reflect the price we paid as we were situated right by the staircase where we can hear everyone come in. Our neighbors were also young kids blasting music.

Room was much larger than a typical hotel room, very clean and looked newly remodelled. I really liked the spaciousness and modern feel to it. I was expecting the usual beach resort "well in use" room, but when I opened the door I went "Wow! This is really nice". Wifi worked very well, as did the heat pump. Staff were very friendly and responsive.

They have no facilities for breakfast, but clerk did give recommendations on places to eat. Room opened to a passageway between the parking and the front desk that had "beach" music playing until 10:30 or so pm that was audible in the room. Don't need that in Nov!

The freshly renovated room elevated the quality of the stay - rainfall shower was nice and water pressure good. Outlets beside bed were helpful. The firepit was a nice touch though we didn't take advantage since I was overheated from walking around on a warm day. Being in room 104 which was right on the street, I thought it would be much noisier but it wasn't bad at all, though we did stay on a Wednesday night- a weekend night would be most likely be significantly louder on the street with more traffic. The front desk staff are superb and my partner loved that they had coffee out constantly near the front desk. Walking distance to everything in Grand Bend including the beach, perfect location. The price was a but high but it was peak summer tourist season and I am actually amazed they even had a room available on such short notice, so I wasn't going to complain about that too much! Overall, this was a great stay!

There was no closet in the room,, so not many places to hang things although there were 3-4 hooks on the wall by the room door. The air conditioning was top notch so I hate to complain about that at all BUT there was no way to direct the airflow and it was aimed directly at the bed, so we had to turn it way down to not freeze over night.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, some rooms have little patios! There is a main patio with fire pits, in the evening you can sit around these and the staff bring you marshmallows to roast!! Super cute, also at the beginning of the grand bend strip, great location

The only thing that was a little upsetting and it’s a personal preference but the bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable! I really struggled to sleep. I went with a friend and she said the same.
