My room was upgraded to Royal suite which was an enourmous room with a big private pool. It really made our stay way much enjoyable. Room service was really good and fast.

This is a big hotel and you need to walk a lot. There gold cars around , they come to pick you up but you need wait some time for it. Hotels beach is not very close to hotel. You need to take shuttle service but beach and sea is not so good there. Lot of wave and no sand. There are also apartment style rooms but i strongly recommend private suites.

*Terrace of the Sense bar , live music and the girls at the bar. *They were fast and polite. *Draft Heineken beer, which was not offered often in similar hotels. *Sharing pool and master pool. *Professional approach of Maria.

Wild and not cultivated beach , completely not prepared for safety usage. Lack of umbrellas at the main pool. Low experienced waiters at all spots. Not delivered at all specific information about the pools by front desk member, when asked.

The room was fantastic, and the resort was amazing. We initially planned to stay for two nights but extended our stay because of the room. Great cocktails, good food, and the Greek restaurant was excellent too.

The all-inclusive experience needs improvement. Bars have limited hours, requiring extra walking. Snacks outside meal times are limited. We checked in at 3 PM and had nothing to eat until dinner, which was unexpected for an all-inclusive hotel. Beach its still work in progress and needs improvements.

Food was so delicious. Cocktails at the bar was fantastic. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel has different kind of pools which were so enjoyable.

Landscaping definitely needs work. The sea view of the hotel was wonderful. But the area between the hotel and the sea was literally like a desert. This was not good at all. Additionally, the number of sun-beds in the sea can be increased.

Large new complex positioned on the hill, lots of pools and a shuttle taking you down to a small beach. Some luxury touches, nice spa.

Rooms are very noisy, no sound protection at all. Even toilet flush from the room above you hits you in the head. Food is mediocre. Needs a lot of improvement.

New,clean,and big rooms. Modern interior and great restaurants. Food was good .

Since its very new hotel they need improvement and adjustment to standards for 5* hotels. No written or spoken information about the facilities of the hotel (you have to find them by yourself, ask for the opening hours…) - other hotels have maps , QR codes… Pool- freezing water, no entering path - so people with problematic knees cant enter, very little sunbads and very uncomfortable , music by the pool chaotic - greek songs like taverna or strange greek rap music, people by the bar shouting - very unprofessional. Restaurant - no fresh orange juice, no variety and very limited choice for everything (except for meat)

Nice location, spacious rooms and common areas. Beautiful beach and surrounding hills. Modern facilities in a new hotel.

The restaurant room for buffet breakfast and dinner. Big, noisy, light and average quality of food for dinner. Everything inside. Option to dine outside only in a normally fully booked Italian restaurant. Even the fact to have only an Italian a ja carte Restaurant and not Greek one is a bit strange. No options for dining outside the hotel in walking distance. Central pool far from the main building.

Two things: a) the staff: the kindest, most pleasant people work there! They were all so polite and not in a pretentious way and so helpful! Shout out to Evripidis, Niki, Nikolas, Ioanna and so many more, you are the top! b) the facilities: amazing and oh so clean pools, top-notch rooms and most importantly IT HAS AN OPEN-AIR CINEMA!!!!!

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Everything was seriously perrrrfect!

it was our 2 nd stay- followed by initial 5 days and 2 days in villa. Same nice- really enjoyed the beach,snorkeling and cristal clear water. Fantastic spa experience with Savvas- and on leaving day -such a cute surprise- small olive tree in pot with certificate and instruction how to take care of- it was really lovely- Thank you very much for memorable stay.
