We had a bad first night because of others being extremely loud . We were able to get moved to another room which was very quiet.
The couch bed was very hard to open out and had to ask for sheets and a pillow/blanket.

It was in the perfect location, decent price, clean & comfortable. Both of us slept really well!
There was an overpowering scent (air freshener?) when you walk in the front door. There was a hole in the ceiling of the hallway. The elevator “hops” a little going up and down like it doesn’t move freely.

It was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly when in the hallway (there 2 nights). Front desk was welcoming during check-in
It was $40 more one night because we had to come in during the solar eclipse time because of a medical procedure. Also, I was on the 3rd floor and had to go to 1st or 4th floor for ice

Location, price. Bed was comfortable, good size room. Staff was great especially Cheryl. She is a ray of sunshine! Have breakfast or at least coffee and meet her, she will make your day!
The bathroom exhaust fan vent was dirty. It should be cleaned regularly. They should at least brush stain over some of the room furniture to keep it looking fresher.

I Love ...Love the Location near everything! 😁 The Lady that took our order in the kitchen/breakfast forgot her name anywho,she worked Jul.28-31st when I tell you she had "Great Customer Skills" I'm a Manager & so I pay attention 2 Detail! And she someone I would Love on my Team. Thanks 🥰

I like the employee was vary nice and when I ask for anything they didn't hesitate or none. They made the stay great I will be back. Hotel was clean and smell great and great location. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! Oh yeah I met the General Manager didn't even know I was talking to him until I finished talking he is vary cool.
The doors was kinda hard to open but overall everything was great

Location is great.
Breakfast wasn’t free, I didn’t know that it would be charged to my room, all the times that I stayed here I thought it was included in my stay until I looked at my bank account.
