Great location! Very close to everything I need. This was my first time away from home, yet it truly felt like home. The apartment had everything I required, and any request was met within minutes. Most importantly, I can’t thank the front desk manager, Peter, and his colleagues enough. Peter responded promptly to my requests and made me feel incredibly welcome. He also helped combine my multiple bookings during my stay. I originally planned to stay just a few nights but ended up using this place as my base during my time in Phnom Penh. Keep up the great work, Peter and the team!

I had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with modern amenities that enhanced my comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring everything was in top condition. The hotel’s location was perfect—conveniently situated close to local attractions and dining options, yet peaceful enough to provide a relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, including the fitness center and the restaurant, which offered delicious meals. Overall, my experience at Oakwood Hotel exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant stay. I will definitely return next time I’m in the area!

Very clean and spacious. And the breakfast had a good spread, lunch was also good - beef lok lak and amok were delicious. The room has your own little water dispenser, with coffee and tea. Overall a very comfortable and quiet stay. There is also a whiskey and cigar bar, tucked away for a private get away. Like to especially mention two staff - Phary served us at the dining area, and she was very hospitable. Sokna was a pleasure to work with, and her food recommendations were on point. They both made the stay much more enjoyable and a pleasure.

The hotel is really very good, and it even matches the price list. Amazing hotel !!! I've stayed in this hotel 2 times. The staff and food are really out of 10/10. I rent a studio room, it conveniently has a washing machine and dryer machine 😍! It's really convenient. There is a massage parlor downstairs, I recommend the price and quality to everyone very reasonable! At least Phnom Penh is the most beautiful hotel for me! I will be coming back 100%. I am very grateful🙌🏻

All were great, room is very clean and service is good. The staff there were with great hospitality and the room is with all the things i need just feels like hom. I am very satisfied with almost everything there.

There's one thing that i feel not comfortable with is their bathroom sometimes has a smelly smell from the sewage area which is a little disappointment.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the facilities were adequate, and the rooms were cozy and clean. Overall its a property I would recommend if you are planning to stay in Phnom Penh. Not far from the city center as well.

That the pool was under construction and it wasnt mentioned before i did my booking, the rest was all good.

The stuff were outstanding with their hospitality and support. During my stay I observed that they were prompted and proactive to every guest. I specially found Michael to be one of the best supports in any of the Hotels I have stayed in. Also the establishment has the best pillows I have ever used.

The room was nice and clean very comfortable beds and the swimming pool was outdoor but surrounded by the building so no wind comming in was beautifully done couldn't fault anything looking forward to becoming a regular as we travel to Cambodia at least 8 times a year great job and the finishes on the building were top standards not like some buildings were the walls arnt straight and the paint is peeling off the first year this place will last for decades well built congratulations best built place I seen in a long time regards Mr David Allison (CEO HARALI INVESTMENT PTY LTD )

I couldn't fault it

As soon as we arrived, we were given complimentary drinks. When we arrived to our rooms, we were given complimentary fruits. As soon as we told them that we would be checking out early, they organised a complimentary breakfast to take away before we leave the hotel. Service was amazing.

Excellent stay. The check- in process was very smooth. The staff at the Front Desk was very polite and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile whenever we approached the reception. The coffee shop at the lobby “Aroma” had some delicious pastries. The staff at Aroma even suggested a few signature drinks to try which were very refreshing after a long day’s work. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the garden. Mr. Ran at the Front Desk assisted to make a dinner reservation at one of the Chinese restaurants in the city. The Buffet Breakfast at “Senses” had a wide variety of options. Mr. Alven, the manager at the restaurant was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that we had a good time while having our breakfast. The staff even arranged a small cake after breakfast since it was my birthday. We went to Senses again for lunch and tried the Fish Amok. It was one of the best Fish Amok I have had in a long time. It is a “must-try” if you are staying at Oakwood. We had requested for a late check out and the manager at the Front Desk, Ms. Ann Jee happily offered us a late check out till 3:00 pm. The place has a very positive vibe and the staff is amazing. I will definitely stay here during my next visit.
