The hotel precinct was clean and beautiful. The room was clean, the lighting was exceptional, the staff were a bonus - they were friendly helpful and were ready to assist us. We enjoyed our stay, it was hassle free.

Would be nice to see a selection of snacks and treats (packaged baked pastries, potato chips, biscuits, etc) provided at the boutique shop. I understand trash may be a concern but I'll leave that to your capable hands to decide.

The staff were amazingly attentive. So much so, that our booked accommodation was upgraded, which we absolutely loved. We loved the salt Sea spa, views, meals and enjoyed a lovely walk around the island.

Our digicel TV needed to be turned on (had no idea where the console was), and the pillows were a little hard. Waitress staff were a little too attentive by wanting to clear our unfinished meals/drinks.

Atmosphere, environment, staffs are friendly and good. Provide good service. They are very polite and friendly and helpful. Transport is convenience to us. windy and nice. Clean. thank you very much

Food does not suit my taste. They are too salty and out of my expectation. Need to be improved. Can serve more type of food suit to the asian.

Location..an idylic island resort with all resort comfort like clean rooms, beds and services, including restaurants, bar and spa, pool, scuba dive facilities, kayaks..nice sea breeze, ocean views, fresh sea air..ideal for relaxation or corporate away events.

An earlier check in instead of 2 pm would be great as first ferry leaves at 10 am for the 20 minute ferry ride from the mainland to the resort.. otherwise, half the day is gone by the time one checks in..bags are stored and one can enjoy other services in the meantime, but nicer to put your bags away in your room on check in at the resort.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The property was beautiful, the pool, the beach and the walking trail were all well maintained. A great menu, plenty to choose from, a variety of drinks: healthy juices, shakes and smoothies, and alcoholic beverages. The spa was wonderful.

Great hotel just 40 minutes (bus + boat) from POM Airport. Free return transfer from the airport. Beautiful pool and great water villas facing sunrise. I made mistake with the date of arrival, hotel sent the bus but …… my plane arrived one day later. For the hotel it wasn’t a problem, they sent the bus and made a change in our reservation without any extra fees. Great service, thank you once again. Excellent place to stay very close to Port Moresby (which is not unsafe as described) with great diving options not far away (there is a dive shop in hotel). Hope to see you in July again

The view was awesome! Lots of activities to do. Enjoyed the refreshing drinks and the food was lovely. The staff were awesome, always ready to help and with a smile!

A few cockroaches in the room. Food and drinks were quite pricey compared to the amount that was served.

The place exceeded my expectations and made the experience worth every kina spent😊👏it's definitely an amazing place to chill, have fun, unwind and reset by using all the facilities provided to meet your needs and expectations. The island is a fabulous location so close to Port Moresby. Apart from the obvious diving possibilities around the island, it has some excellent walks on the ridge and around the shore. The hotel and rooms are very modern. The airport pickup and drop off to the Tahira jetty went smoothly.

Nothing really significant. It's unfortunate that my room had quite a few cockroaches in it (part of the main building) so some control would be good.

Location, rooms (water villas), swimming pool and dive shop. It was my second stay at Loloata. Even better then the first one. This time I could go for scuba diving and I’m very impressed. Excellent dive boat, excellent dive masters and very good dive sites (outer reef). We have seen leopard sharks, sea snakes, walking shark, white tip sharks, stone fish and lot of small stuff. Great visibility.
