Room was well appointed and exactly what we needed for one night before our flight home. We also loved the location as it was close to restaurants and shops.

The person on the reception desk when we arrived was on the telephone for a very long time dealing with an issue and then when he finally attended to me, he did so while making another telephone call. He wasn't very welcoming to say the least.

We were staying 1 night in Lido after a week in Rome. Location was great, we had a frontal sea view. Very clean room and bath, comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice.

It was the nov 3rd and the bed hat just a simple summer bed cover, we used the extra blanket from the closet but it was not enough bc it was a very stormy night with heavy raining and strong winds and the window wasn't tight enough (anymore?). The curtains were holding the airflow back but the cold was coming through.

Location was excellent right across the road from the beach. You can experience a beautiful sunset from the rooftop patio deck. You are only a short walking distance to numerous retail shops and a wonderful open air plaza featuring numerous International style restaurants and vendors selling a variety of excellent quality crafts and items from the area. Service was excellent. with a porter who loaded our luggage on arrival, delivered it to our room and unloaded it in our room. Reception attendant was courteous quick and efficient during check-in answering questions, providing directions and ordering a shuttle to the airport the next day. They accommodated our request for our room and our daughter's family room on the same floor which was appreciated. The room was clean; and the air conditioning in the room was excellent. Nice selection of toiletries for your use and there was a small botte of Proseco provided courtesy of the hotel. A small stocked bar fridge is provided in the room with items to purchase (Proseco, water and chocolate bars) and room to store your own items that require cooling. On-site breakfast was available either inside or on the patio at 7:00 am with an excellent choice of juices, types of coffee, cereals, hot food, fruit and pastries and the staff were courteous and helpful.

There isn't much of a view from the room we had. There is only one elevator to use. Hotel elevators in Europe are quite small and can only handle a luggage cart and one person making it a slow process to move people from the upper floors especially since we were 2 families in a group of 6. Response to an email inquiry a few days prior to our trip regarding confirmation of our room and our other family members room went unanswered for 4 - 5 days so we had to make a call to confirm our request which was affirmative. I felt the bar fridge items even though they were readily available were excessive.

2nd time! Superb as always!

Wish they had high top tables and chairs so you can see over the edge to look at water and night lights!

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were quite with very limited exterior disturbing noises. Staff were exceptional at check-in and check-out. very nice roof top patio with an exceptional view of the beach and sea. Very close to numerous and varied restaurants and shops. Location was in close proximity to the airport and staff took care of arranging the shuttle service. Breakfast was excellent offering many food options and beverage's and staff were friendly, courteous and always there to refill the food stations. There were a number of alternate services available which we did not require. any additional prearranged requirements were in place when we arrived. We appreciated the courtesy bottle of champagne provided in the room.

There was really no place available for our vehicle to park in order for us to unload our luggage when we arrived.. We were a family group of 9 and had a lot of luggage. There was only one cart in order to handle all the luggage. We were quite thankful for the help of one of the employees who ultimately asked if he could assist us. The elevator was too small and could only handle the luggage cart and one person making it quite slow to get to and from your rooms. There was only one elevator. The room was quite small with a limited view and the bathroom was also quite small.

The location is perfect, especially when you have a room with a sea view. The rooms are modern, and the cleanliness is impeccable.

If you are on a business trip and don't care about an impressive view, but just want to rest well overnight, I recommend opting for a room with a window at the back of the hotel. This way, you'll experience less noise from the street and the sanitation services that pick up the trash after midnight. The breakfast was terrible. The food was nicely arranged, but the contents gave me the impression that it had been exposed for several days.

The building was modern with a great room and spectacular big window views of the beach. Housekeeping was wonderful and took great care of my room for the 11 days I was a guest. Reception staff Christian and Michael could not have been more helpful. No query was too ridiculous, they were patient and knowledgeable! Location was great, close enough to make day trips into Rome via the train 30min. Not a touristy area, great if you don't want to navigate tourists in August and convenient to the airport as well. Shuttle bus to/from the airport a cheaper option and far better than a taxi or uber. Could provide asp of where to catch the airport to hotel shuttle would be good.

The only fault I could find was scrambled eggs at breakfast, it was more like an omelette and a little overcooked. However that is the only negative on a fantastic stay .

The location is great, with an easy walk to the waterfront and a restaurant district. The train station is a slightly longer walk. The staff is very nice, and helpful. It's very clean. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The bathrooms are modern and conveniently laid out. Very close to Ostia Antica, a short bus or train ride or easy Uber or taxi. It's also an easy train ride into Rome for a day trip.

One of the rooms had pigeons on the roof outside and they started cooing at dawn, which annoyed the person in that room. The hot breakfast is not that great, although there is plenty of tasty nutritious choices among the cold items. Not a complaint per se but it's not that convenient as an airport hotel because the traffic is very heavy.

I loved the location and cleanliness of the room. The location was great right across the street from the beach. I wish I had more time to visit the beach. Our tour took up most of the day, and we stayed in that area for dinner. The person at the desk in the evening was very personable and nice. He was helpful setting up the shuttle. Upon check out he gave us a to go box for breakfast because we were leaving so early. The breakfast was good they offered a variety . Overall I liked this hotel, I just didn't care for the person that checked me in or the dishonesty when it came to the cab.

I had mixed feelings about the staff. At check in the person wasn't very friendly he came off a little aggressive. I asked him if we could get breakfast and immediately he quoted me a price. Later I asked for a cab and he quoted me one price then changed the price. He came across like I couldn't afford neither one. That evening we took a cab back from the same location. It was $25 dollars cheaper so I was taken advantage of.

The hotel is in a great location across from the beach and close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport is an added bonus!

My only issue was that there was no shuttle available when I arrived to the airport at 5pm and I had to take a taxi which was very costly. There was no shuttle service available until 8pm.
