Good location , on the beach

Too close to clubs, you can not sleep at all. You can feel the music in your stomach

Everything is new and clean with great beachfront views. I especially liked the room, spacious, very high-tech (not many rooms like this in Romania), good interior design.

Some parts of the property still look like a construction site especially the parking. The access to the hotel wasn’t very obvious from the main street and google maps give wrong directions. They said they have valet parking but that wasn’t true. Felt weird the demand for an advance warranty payment for the minibar when the room was already paid in full. The hallway to the elevators is very narrow and strangely positioned from the reception area (must be very uncomfortable during pick season).

Size of the room, staff friendliness & location

We had a 10th floor 2 rooms apartment with stunning views of both sea and lake. The apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms - one with shower and the other one with tube and shower. Everything was brand new . The balcony - almost a terrace facing the sea was wonderful.

There is nothing to dislike. Just two things- I did not see a mosquito net for the windows and the breakfast - ok but not matching the location

We had a spacious studio and everything was very nice, clean, with beautifull views both to the lake and the sea. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice.

The hotel demands a fee that will be refunded if nothing is damaged. After 10 days I still did not receive the money back. The hotel should solve this matter with its own bank… it shouldn’t put its customers to call the bank and try to solve the matter.

The sea view is fantastic from the 10th floor. Professional and friendly staff. I recommend the swimming pool with wet and dry saunas. Spacious, bright, very clean room with top amenities. Very good breakfast with impeccable service thanks to the Ethiopian staff.

The sink was inconvenient to use and the shower drain was clogged. TV channels with problems viewing HD

Very good breakfast, everything is now and well designed, the view was great from the last floor, the bed was new and comfortable, balcony is also well designed.

The cost for the small pet was very high and it was not disclosed at the moment of making the booking.

The costumer care is very professional, attention to details makes the difference, the rich breakfast variety, room service, the pool facilities, not to mention the location directly on the beach and the sea view, but also the modern and contemporary design of the room and hotel. Plus the pet friendly policy.

Staff and amenities

Air conditioning was not great. The motion sensors in the room triggered a clicking sound in the fuse box any time you moved in the room. The “thumping” techno music in the restaurant, spa and lobby got old really fast.
