Love this hotel. Short walking distance to restaurants and stores. Loved the location. Loved the staff. I mentioned that I could hear booms in my room, but not close to any mechanical rooms. The sound was intermittent and only lasted a few hours. We slept well. The desk staff took note of my comments and comped us a free breakfast. Lovely. We will definitely stay again when traveling to Sacramento. Highly recommend.

Other than noise that may of come from another hotel guest, no complaints

My family and I just love the cleanliness of the hotel and how staff were helpful, the food was good. They had everything the gym, the laundry room, everything was just fantastic. Place was hidden which i like that but close to everything in the city of roseville

I didn't like that they did not have a complementry breakfast and it would be nice if they had some entertainment like a live band and night time to entertain the guests., so that would be a plus for the hotel

I really liked how clean and neat everything was. Also really appreciated the gym at this hotel. It had more than enough equipment for me to get a great workout in. Also the water station just outside of the fitness center is phenomenal. But above else I was very happy with Angel’s service, the young lady at the front desk. She was attentive, informative, and kind. This shouldn’t matter, but she is also probably the prettiest woman in Roseville and her smile makes you feel right at home.

The breakfast required a additional $15 per day, and was charged $12.00 for parking. Neither was expected and really uncalled for.

Love the area everything is so close & the receptionist jackie is the best receptionist i have ever met for a hotel in my life she is so nice & fast to fix any problem you may have.

Great staff, nice room, good location.

The fire alarm going off at 8:30am on a Saturday morning. Then the staff had no way of informing us that it was a false alarm, do we waiting outside in our pajamas for a long time until we decided to go back in and ask.

I liked the man on the desk the night I checked in. He was very kind and he gave me the best cookies ever. I liked the woman at the the desk when I checked out. I think her name was Shen or something like that. Even the housekeeper was very pleasant. Thank you

The room was nice and it had a balcony. The staff were polite and ready to assist their customers.

We had a room facing the highway, and it was loud. For that reason, it was hard to sleep throughout the night.

Great location and Jason at the front desk was excellent.

A little rundown. One of our cabinets was broken. The pullout couch was stained. Rugs really dirty. I was also surprised out room wasn’t cleaned between our two night’s stay.
