It was available. Julie at the front desk was very personable. The location was fine to where we were going in the morning and close to food/shopping (if needed). The beds were comfy and rooms very clean. The halls were quiet and accessible.

The pool closed at dusk because of no lights. There were lights though. We had an awful experience before coming here. We rented somewhere just so my kids could swim. That first place was awful and found this as a backup. I didn’t see the modified swim hours here, or I would have chosen elsewhere. By the time we got here I was defeated, so it was fine, just disappointing.

Breakfast was great, food was very good, Dining area kept very clean and organized. The whole facility had a great feel, pool and exercise room were excellent. Coffee 24 hours a day was perfect!

Room not visited for new towels on second day, tissues never replaced. Had to request towels on the night of second visit. Air conditioner dirty, dehumidifier in room also dirty.

The staff was amazing and very understanding we were traveling with our baseball team 13 years old boys and they never complained or said that the boys were too much even though they didn’t get too carried away but still boys cooped up in a hotel is a lot

There was no hot tub and they closed the pool way to early

Hot breakfast was much better than other hotel breakfasts. Eggs and protein were always available in addition to pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and continental-style options. A variety of upscale juices was very good.

I had to pay $30 per night per pet. That's an unreasonable upcharge. No extra service was rendered; no housecleaning was performed during my entire stay. This rate is a penalty.

I liked that there was recycling trash cans and the staff doing the breakfast were absolutely wonderful

I did Like that the pool closed at 8 o’clock. We were told that there was a lighting issue, but I don’t understand when we swim at our own risk during the day, why can’t we swim at our own risk at night? it was very hot during the week that we stayed in Florida and it would’ve been nice to dip in the pool in the evenings 

Good location for what we needed in the area, easily accessible. Our room was quiet and the staff accommodated our request for a ground floor location. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Friendly front desk staff.

Room was clean. The rooms were quiet-couldn’t hear the noise from the hallway or other rooms above or below! Staff was very friendly. Jonathan at the front desk was great! Jonathan had great customer service.

I appreciated that they had both hot breakfast and continental as well as fresh ground coffee that you make yourself, then it is always fresh.

The cable service does not have a lot to offer- Too many "non" channels.

The night desk man, Tony, was the best. We came in late and tired. He took care of us and made conversation easy. The breakfast was the best we've had in a long while, as most hotels have gone to self-made waffles and coffee.

The beds are new but very high. Retirees find using high beds difficult. Also, the hotel only had one room with a walk-in shower and it had been reserved. Hotels need more rooms with walk-in showers, very few people take tub baths at hotels anymore, showers are more convenient.
