The hotel seemed to be mostly newly updated. It was directly on the river giving us easy access to put our paddle boards in. The pool was great, had ample amounts of shade and was within walking distance of multiple restaurants and also had an onsite bar. Additionally, the staff was very helpful while we were there.

It seemed like the bot ramp was a public ramp, as there were boats going in an out all day. I wish it was a private ramp for hotel guests only. Additionally, the ‘breakfast’ was simply a grab and go brown bag situation and you had to pay for coffee at the coffee shop should you not want a keurig coffee from your room.

The location was great, right on the river bank with boating to see the manatees. The beds were comfortable. Lots of people seem to be enjoying the pool and the tiki bar. It was fairly quiet after everybody arrived. The facility seemed to be full on a weeknight. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C worked well.

The Wi-Fi worked well for 2 to 3 hours. They had two possible connections, but neither of them worked at all after it went out for the rest of the night or even into the next morning. The room was older and basic. There was about a 1 inch step up on the way to the bathroom. The tub was a little higher than in most hotels. My wife couldn’t get any hot water when she took a shower, but it worked fine for me a few hours later. Breakfast was a muffin, granola bar, apple, and small water in a to go bag. I happily accepted the bag for later and went to McDonald’s down the street.

I enjoyed the fact that it was right on King's Bay. In the morning, you can step out with your coffee and look over the river. It's peaceful and quiet. The room was a nice size, and the beds were comfortable. It's a great place to base your Crystal River adventures.

While staying there, it was under construction. Thus meant they were not ready to provide a full breakfast. The grab and go snack wasn't really a lot. In some ways, it would be better not to have it, and just advertise a breakfast once the area is ready.

This property was clean, had a free coffee bar and paid cafe in the lobby. It also shares this property with the manatee swimming tour we came here for. On the back side of our rooms was the Crackers restaurant the front desk associate recommended and we ate there all 3 nights! Everything we did was within a 2 minute walk, including the pool and dock to overlook the water. Everything was clean and updated.

Nothing really, the only potential downside was that there were barges doing conservation work near the dock making it loud, but it was so okay with us because we understand how important that is.

The room was beautiful, location of room was perfect. Asked for a bottom floor due to health issues. We were super close to the pool which I loved as well.

The beds were quite wobbly. Felt like could have been a cheap Temu special. Needed more than two pillows on the bed. That only gave us one pillow a piece. Air conditioner is located in a small room by bathroom which didn’t allow the best airflow into the room area. Breakfast was a joke, it’s a grab bag. Don’t expect a true hot meal included in your stay. We had to go spend more money on a hot breakfast somewhere else. Just beware.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are good restaurants nearby. The check-in was fast. The staff was beyond praise. Friendly and helpful. This immediately made you feel at ease. The room was cleaned well. The bed was comfortable.

We were a little surprised by the breakfast. We have never encountered anything like this when it says that breakfast is included and you are given a bag of food. I would like to point out that this is not a remark but only our opinion. I think each hotel decides how to provide breakfast to guests. It was very nice to stay at your hotel.

Overall, a great place to stay - we only booked 1 night for the purpose of manatee kayaking / swimming. Cute gift shop, kind staff, comfy beds - love the manatee decor in the lobby area. Didn't even realize they had a small pool + hot tub area (we didn't get to use it since we arrived when it closed - but that's on us ;) ).

'Breakfast' was supposedly included but a bit sad - I dislike how since covid, lots of hotels seem to have stuck with the depressing brown baggies that just have a muffin, fruit, and water. I feel like that's a 'snack bag', not breakfast, and should be specified in the listing.

Location was very convenient to restaurants and sights. Tour booking center on sight was great. Boat tours were located right behind the hotel. Staff was wonderful. Very helpful with suggestions regarding restaurants and places of interest. Nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the “Grab and Go” snack bag that was supplied every day. Nice coffee bar in the lobby. Strong Wi-Fi connection.

No coffee maker in the room. I had to walk outside from the room to get coffee in the lobby. Fortunately it was not raining the days we were there. No elevator, but had access ramps to all the upper floors.

The room was a great value, All by itself! Nothing else need applied!

Great value! TV terrible! Buy an internet subscription!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Offer streaming services!! And, the breakfast is nuts! A "grabandgo" bag? Little Debbie? Seriously? I'm not sure why they want to scrimp on food in the morning, they even tell you where to go have a good breakfast. Did the owner or manager attend a hotel conference and decided to double down on this ridiculous idea? At the end of the day, this is an awesome place!!! Just forget the morning experience! I will return! The price was right for the online booking when I made it!!! The staff is WONDERFUL!!!
