Attentive and courteous staff. When the receptionist at turn (Laurie) learned that I was visiting to ride the Ozello Trail (on motorbike) she suggested that I check out Istachatta Road telling me it was a popular local road for motorcyclists because of it meandering curves and ups and downs (something scarce in Florida). And was she right! everyone was diligent at the hotel which is just across the street from most local restaurants and watering holes.

Location was new, staff, especially the manager in the morning was so very accommodating, I could not say enough about how nice she was and how helpful since I was traveling with two other family members, both in wheelchairs. Super clean, perfect location, room perfect for two wheelchairs. All good! If you had a front desk manager like Lorine (I believe that is her name but is has been over a month so do not hold me to it) at every location, they all would be a sucess.

There were three rather heavy doors to open to get into the room area, all super heavy and hard to deal with when you have two wheelchairs to pull through them. You should be equipping those doors with automatic openers so that folks with handicaps can easily get into the hotel. I would also recommend that you just put the coffee pots in the rooms, but not life for death, just more convenient. The only other item was that in your exercise room, please point the machines to the TV so that users can watch it. Your machines are all pointing in another direction making the TV option worthless. That is all.

The staff. They were all very nice and respecful. We especially loved Lorrie. That lady knows how to take care of business and the team she works with all get along. Felt like home. A block away from center city.

Needs a bit more ambiance outside. Need to add some corner benches out front of entrancebso people can sit. Also benches on every corner of hotel l.

Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were adequate, nothing special but worked for us for the time we needed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Location is adjacent to a wonderful Italian restaurant located in historic building. Old courthouse and park within walking distance. Full-size fridge and stovetop but no utensils or cookware (these could be rented).

No continental breakfast or in-room coffee maker (though they did say the coffee makers were on the way).

Poor light blocking at night. Room needs some curtains . The blinds didn’t do a good job at all. Bed was noisy when readjusting at night. Very few tv channels . Ac unit seemed loud.

The hotel was very clean. The entrance, the halls and our room were clean. The front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. I recommend this specific location for anyone needing a place to stay in Inverness.

Great location, walk to restaurants. Kawa Japanese sushi place is a gem and sidebar is a nice place to grab a beer.

Bed not the most comfortable, makes a lot of noise.

Clean, comfortable, great staff, perfact location.

Would have been better with a pool. But a breakfast would have been nice. Other hotels same price have a breakfast.

It was clean and very bright and simply decorated.

There were no amenities for someone staying a couple days. Nothing to cook with, but a cook top. Only plastic forks etc. paper plates. No hair dryers. No ice machine. So so very disappointed.
