The breakfast was decent. The sausage the first day were not good. The bacon was very good. Your typical hotel breakfast nothing extra. Most of the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a few that lacked customer service, but overall a great experience.

House keeping didn’t come to our room the first day. The 2nd day the pillows on one bed were just thrown up there. They didn’t sweep, mop, or vacuum any during the days we were there. We kept our room clean but it would have been nice to receive service while we were there.

I loved the location. It was 5 minutes away from what we came there to do. It is around alot of restaurants and shopping. Close to the highways. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. House keeping was on point. Rooms were very spacious. Just wish they had a table in there. There was a space and nothing in the space, just a very big open space. Had to eat sitting on the bed.

The Breakfast is dreadful. Cereal, eggs, and sausage and pancakes. That's it. Of course breads and yogurt. And come on Holiday in, for God's sake you are in Florida, use real orange juice. The orange juice they serve is the worst I have ever tasted. Add a few more items.

This hotel was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was really close to everything in Crystal river. They even have little Manatee stuffed animals you can buy at the front desk! The pool was beautiful except we didn't actually get the chance to try it out. Breakfast was decent with a nice selection.

The one thing we didn't like about the hotel was that the main entrance was off a 4 lane main road. It was sometimes a challenge to get into the parking lot when coming back from the main part of Crystal River. Also where Google maps says to turn into the hotel parking lot is actually the road next to the hotel and there is no access the hotel. Another negative was that some of the ladies at the front desk were not very friendly.

Everything about our stay was very good. Checking in was smooth, room was clean and well stocked. The accommodation for my service dog was incredible and the property was well kept and smelling fresh, not a hint of the smell of animals in rooms or on the floors or around property Staff was helpful in recommending places to eat and went above and beyond to call a few places for us to check availability. Breakfast was really good for warm fast eat! Everything was extremely fresh and they constantly replenished and kept thing hot and clean with a nice variety of a little bit of everything. The never ending all night coffee pot was my favorite! If I am in the area again in the future to go the crystal springs I would definitely stay here. If all Holiday Inn Express' are all like this then it will be my new go to for overall accommodation for what I needed and reasonably priced.

they could have more specials, deals and discounts. I was not given any being a member with AAA, or AARP or National Notary Association with the State of Florida or Florida resident discounts. I need incentive -

I liked how they were open to my service dog without judgment. I have c spine degeneration and tend to walk into things. You would not know or expect looking at me. My service dog is a mini auzzie. She is energetic and easy for me to handle. She keeps me mobile and focused. They were understanding and very nice

The cleaning service was behind so our room was not ready on time but they gave us a different room

Everything! I have never been a guest in a more friendly hotel. From the front desk, to the cleaning staff, and to the breakfast crew and other hotel guests... everyone was friendly and interested in making my stay pleasant. No hassle check in. Plenty of convenient on-site parking. Clean and comfortable facility.. The complimentary breakfast was well organized and offered a sufficient amount and selection. I highly recommend this Holiday inn Express. The location is conveniently located to local shopping, restaurants, and Manatee excursions.

I didn't like that I had to leave. Lol!

The room was mostly clean, comfortable with easy accessible parking. We stayed on the first floor and it was surprisingly quiet. I loved the coffee machine and frequented it every morning.

The floor in the foyer area immediately upon entering was dirty in addition to some areas on and to the side of the middle bedside table, but the rest of the room was comfortable and clean.

The room was large. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was the best part. Fully stocked and different options to pick from. The breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating.

We were on the first floor near the back door. Wasn't sure if it was the back door or the door to the stairs, but opened and closed numerous times during the night and woke up up several times a night.

The room was spacious, bathroom clean and all newly refurbished, so it is not looking worned. There is a swimming pool with towels and a shaded parking lot, a lot of resturants around and shops close by. Free coffee station at the lobby as well.

Brealgast could be a little bit bette with healthy fruits and veg options red and defo need more than 1 person at the buffet as lady wasn't able to refill stations.

Only there for one night and perfect location for a diving experience. Hotel really clean and staff really helpful. Due to flying home later in the day we asked if we could delay our checkout and it wasn’t a problem. So we got to swim with manatees and then shower before leaving for the airport. Breakfast was good and coffee available at all times. Staff really nice and friendly.

Pool was a bit of a let down. It could be made nicer. Not a problem for us and the only negative I can think of.
