The staff was very accommodating. I booked our room through Booking.com. The website didn't give me a choice of rooms. I thought that we were getting a cottage, but had a room instead. The staff informed me that if I called them when booking, I would have a choice, which is how I will book a place there from now on, because I will definitely be going back. They were able to rearrange our setup so that we would have a cottage. The staff put alot of time into making this happen! Great customer service.

Besides not getting a cottage during the original Booking.com reservation, everything else was awesome!

why the $50 charge for cleaning we are clean people, of course, after a one night stay, the sheets must be changed for the next guests, all hotels/motels do this, but do not charge guests $50

Nice salt water pool, quiet sitting areas on property. I left my earbuds in the room and owner was kind enough to mail them to my home address. Nice cafe with great food at reasonable prices available for breakfast

Thought we booked a cabin. We ended up in the Inn, which was a nice room ( a bit small) that was difficult for us to get up the stairs with luggage.

Lovely cottages, very well maintained, nicely decorated, feels like home, very nice rustic grounds, fishing theme, quiet, nice people, great places outdoor and screened in to sit, hammocks, big two person swing, fire circle, EXCELLENT screened in saltwater pool, laundry facilities, great cafe with menu and 'made to order breakfasts', pet friendly, nice neighborhood to walk dog, will DEFINITELY come to visit again. To other locals, what a great place to staycation!! To tourists, what a wonderful place to be!! Near Yankeetown, Crystal River, Gulf Hammock, all the cool places to take a boat tour, snorkle tour, see all kinds of wildlife!!

I'd love to help do some gardening and groundskeeping upon my next visit (nothing wrong with what's here, just want to feel more connected to this lovely place!!). Also happy to contribute in other ways, like I washed/dried/rolled pool towels (for fun) while it was raining.

Great place in a nice and quite neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle in Christal Springs, but close enough to swim with Manatees. Perfect for people looking for calm and nature in a historic environment. The owner has recently taken over and she is still upgrading and renovating.

This place had such a lovely vibe, the staff was very kind and helpful, looks like they take a lot of pride in this little gem. Happy with the room size.

Maybe some more updated things in rooms like newer lamps, chairs, but overall looks like they are constantly working on projects/updates

Cute, clean, quiet. Loved the outdoor space even though it was a little too cold for us to really take advantage of. Location was perfect for our plans to swim with manatees. Would definitely visit and stay again if we’re back in the area.

The cottage was perfect! Check-in was easy - all spent though texts. Connie was very responsive! Everything we needed was included and the space was great for us to bring our fur babies and their beds. The King Bed was comfortable, extra blankets were provided and everything was clean. The courtyard area was quaint and provided plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious and very affordable. They made it easy to order and even delivered it to our cottage.

We had a cottage 2 miles up the road, so we had to drive to the breakfast restaurant at the park.
