The property is very very good. The staff was excellent it was a very good stay the location is right is convenient to the area. Just note during manatee season all hotels in area adjust the pricing accordingly. Breakfast was good the food was brought as soon as something ran low the breakfast staff was on top of everything that needed attention. The check in front desk staff was very friendly. No issues upon check in. During checkout the staff was just as friendly and attentive to all details. The hotel common areas were very clean. The room amenities were very good. The bathroom was very clean. A very good stay.

Our stay was very good ( Please see what i liked ) . Its a very busy time of season in the area and housekeeping has a very difficult job with having to turn around rooms quickly. Understandably some minor things get missed during room cleaning. Our stay found a small piece of candy on the side of the bed near the night stand. And a frequent issue I find at most hotels is the the top of the headboards are not dusted.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. cookies were very good. thanks for the free water. Parking and all locations that we needed were excellent.

my spouse was not happy with the beds, shower heads were very bad and not working properly, and toilets are too low for older folks. i would have asked for a handicap room if I knew the how low the toilets were.

The staff was very very friendly. When we checked in Jennifer checked us and she was very upbeat and kind. Every time we walked in and Jennifer was there she has a warm smile and waved like we were friends. Just made you feel good to come in. When we grabbed breakfast Saturday morning we were greeted by the staff there. Don't remember the name but the woman there on 1/13/24 offered us breakfast sandwiches and made sure we got something to eat. That doesn't happen anywhere I've been at a hotel. From what we could tell it was clean and well kept. The staff seemed to enjoy working there. I also did speak to Sheri on the phone with some questions prior to arrival and she was great to answer them and was kind and friendly.

Not really too much we didn't like. Its a hotel so yes sometimes it can be a little noisy. Currently there is construction going on so it was a little bumpy when we has to make a u-turn if we went into town but hopefully they will have that cleared up soon.

Location was good - a short drive to Three Sisters Springs and about a half hour to Homosassa Springs for manatee viewing. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful - cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels and toast, yogurt.... coffee available all day and bottled water upon request. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

The lady at the reception was lovely. Very warm and friendly. The staff in general was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave in the room, coffee/tee downstairs. We were given bottles of water and told to ask for more if we needed. Breakfast was not great but adequate. There is a waffle maker in the breakfast room. All in all, good value for money.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, staff was amazing and helpful anytime I needed anything. The breakfast was 100% worth going to. Orlando was the sweetest staff member, texted me throughout my stay to make sure I was good and if I needed anything.

The toilet had issues flushing you had to hold the handle down until it was done. But other than that nothing.

Breakfast was delicious! Great coffee. The best of ALL was the staff. Sheri is by far the sweetedt, most professional and helpful. I WILL be back ( maybe this fall)

Not a thing!! I mentioned that I hadn’t slept much because a guest next to my room snored very loud. Sheri moved me to a beautiful suite ! !! It was incredible I travel a lot and this Hampton inn is one of the best

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The towels and bedding felt and looked clean without an overwhelming chlorine smell. They have complimentary coffee all day and night, and the breakfast included in the stay is the best breakfast selection I have ever had in a hotel. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is great.

This is minor but the mini refrigerator in the room had the last guests leftovers and when the refrigerator was opened it smelled terrible and made the whole room smell terrible. I didn’t want to make a fuss about it but I did call the front desk to inform them and so they could come and dispose of the leftover meal which they did.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were excellent. Loved the availability of coffee 24/7. Rooms were very nice and clean. Walk-in shower was nice. My uncle unexpectedly brought his dog. I wasn’t aware of the pet policy but was very pleased that pets were allowed for an extra fee.

I can’t think of any issues we had during our stay. Not really a complaint but my wife would have preferred a bathtub vs. a walk-in shower.

Lovely breakfast nice to have options and variety of fruit yogurt cereals and creamer options for coffee Nice plastic ware - sturdy. Coffee choice of light and dark roast. Close to what we wanted to do. Pool was clean and maintained. Overall wonderful stay and location, good sleep and rested for next day. No noise issues.
