Wonderful hotel in an awesome location. The pool and swim up bar was fantastic. The beach area was the best! The included breakfast was good. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was expensive for just okay food. I loved all the animals around the property! I looked forward to being greeted by an animal each day. The staff was great. We made many friends just lounging around the area. This place is close to many other beach bars and everything is pretty much walkable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The room was ok! My main complaint was that the bed was hard as rocks! Difficult getting a good nights rest on a bad bed. The shower was also way too close to the toilet. I purchased a pedicure for $50 USD at the spa and it was such an awful job. I wouldn’t recommend that service there. On a positive note, I was able to play with the cats during my service. Please consider the price for a mediocre job at the spa. I would pay at most $15 for this, my nails were chipping within the day.

Our room was so much better than the pictures show. We had a loft and it was cozy and charming. The shower was so fun looking out the window. I also loved that the hotel had a beach bar, swim up bar and restaurant. The food at the restaurant was great and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best! They were also pet friendly but nothing was run down or smelly due to the animals.

The beach and water was a little dirty one day. We had a ton of rain which didn’t help. But the seaweed was picked up one and day and the other it was not. There was also pieces of wood in the water at some points so you just have to be cautious.

I loved the breakfast. The options were fresh and I liked the variety from day to day. The chef working the egg/pancake/crepe station was so friendly and willing to meet requests. The beach bar was also so fun and we got quick service. The pool bartender who worked most of our stay was fantastic! We also loved the massages we received from the spa.

We switched all 3 rooms at checkin and the staff was very kind and helpful.. we hated to be a pest but we couldnt handle the stairs to our rooms. They gave us option to switch to ground level for extra charge. We moved all 3 rooms and we very happy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the Beach Bar, with the Poofs to sit on and beach chairs, also the swings. Love that Turtle pond, and the cats and dogs being welcomed! Makes for alot of fun! :)

Personally, I am vegetarian and would have loved few more Menu options.. also Pizza Bar for sure! We walked down the beach to town several times to the pizza places. was short walk but I would love it at the Hotel. Gorgeous hotel, and pool area, Wish hey would add some music for more fun at the Pool all day! We will stay again for sure

Beautiful, very clean and well-maintained hotel. Cozy apartments with everything you need. The maids are very kind and do a great job.

The staff at the restaurant, beach bar and especially the pool bar boy are constantly grumpy. The internet is critically weak and very frequently interrupted. None of the staff (except at the reception) speak English.

The location was terrific! Right across a narrow local road from the beach, very short walk. The breakfast is amazing! Five stars. So much variety and cooked to order eggs. The restaurant on site was great for other meals as well and they will serve you on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beach itself is a nice place to sit, lots of chairs, but not the best for swimming. There are large rocks as you enter the water and you have to float over them to get to sand as they are tough to walk over. You can walk down the beach and find a better swimming spot though.

Peace of heaven. Clean, comfortable, greatly equipped apartments, beautiful balconies, big beds, everything really great. No mosquitoes as they take care of it, great garden by the pool, super yoga class you should try! Beach in November was a bit moody from the sand inside but we think its only matter of time in the year. Beach is across, 3 sec away. We had a car so no issue going to the “center” for dinner, you can also walk like 10-15min

The property was well maintained and the pool was clean with plenty of chairs to lounge by the pool. The room was a good size and allowed us plenty of space to have meals, play games, and enjoy conversation as a family. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the availability of chairs on the beach provided by the hotel. It was quiet throughout the day and no loud music which was helpful to allow us to relax at the pool, beach, or in our room. The breakfast was simple but so good and just what we needed to begin our day. The cleaning staff did a great job each day and we appreciated the help they gave when needed. We love that we saw so many other pets and was one reason for bringing ours, it truly was pet friendly and the area was clean and well kept for the number of pets.

The location is good but can be a problem if you are looking for other places to eat, though if you don’t mind walking you can get there in 10-15 minutes walk. Breakfast didn’t begin until 7:30, which isn’t bad, but it would have been nice to go down by 7 even if just to sit and drink coffee before food was ready. But it is not a deal breaker we adjusted. We did do the restaurant a few times and it was fine but we have had better fish and chips at other locations.

The hotel makes s great effort on beinf an ecology friendly place, therefore it is alsi a pet friendly hotel. A lot of guests take their dogs of all sizes to the hotel an they start defecating ans urinating in the lawn by the pool renddring an awful smell, specially when your in the pool since your nose is closer to the ground. Then the dogs started to drink water from the pool and two stray dogs urinated in the pool. That's when I had enough and left the poil. Also, the hotel restaurant installed a bar on the beach with music si loud it was inpossible to listen to a regular conversation inside the apartment. It lasted until 12:30 at night.
