Excellent location, very close to MRT. 7 eleven around the corner plus some local food places. The hostel is basic and minimalist, which we loved. It felt simple but clean, and the beds were comfy. We would definitely book again if returning to Bangkok for a night or two.

The only negative would be that the staff weren't overly welcoming or friendly.

The proximity to MRT , local market and massage place is a plus. Informed in advance the check in time and I am glad they got everything ready when I arrive. Most of the time staff are available at the cafe beside. They do speak decent english. Basic amenities in the room. There is a common fridge for others to use at the stairs landing. The hairdryer works exceptionally well. The size of the room is decent with ample walking space with my 120L luggage opened up. Also it takes just an hour to take from Suvarnabhumi Airport via train. Which is similar timing during peak hour if you were to take taxi.

This place isn't equip with a lift. The flight of stairs might have turn others down but I feel it is pretty okay. Though it might be a hassle when you have to bring your luggage up and down. Aint convenient for people who intend for a shopping trip. There's only hot water at night. I guess the tank of water has been exposed in the hot sun during the day.

Everything clean and tidy. Cats mostly hanging around on a first floor. The gave us towels, breakfast and water. Just remember if you have around check out to organise return if your deposits in advance

In our room it was quite smelly pipe in shower 🤕 but we fixed that by ourselves using plastic bag

Pastel House is a great place to be if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It was comfortable as well as spacious and we did not hear any city noise at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were served an amazing, nutrious and filling breakfast and purchased frappes from the adjoining cafe.. they were incredible 😍 Pastel House was also close to the Blue Line train stop in Suttisan. We highly recommend staying here for a night or two!

Location was about half an hour drive to main attractions in Bangkok.

I booked a private room hoping to sleep for several hours before a late-evening flight after arriving on an early morning bus. The staff were so kind as to let me check in at 10am, which was hours before I was expecting. I had a coffee in the lovely cafe while waiting and petted the cat at reception. Someone carried my bag, as it was on the top floor. The room had loads of natural light and a nice big bed.

It's not hotel quality, but that's to be expected. Lots of stairs to the top but it's not too bad.

Location - next to an MRT station with frequent services, surrounded by a great variety of eateries and several 24 hr convenience stores Staff - friendly, helpful, and efficient Plain but cozy, and everything is functional.

The AC, although very powerful, was a bit loud.

- very good location (mrt blue line nearby, many cafe’s, food vendors, two supermarkets right on the corner) - adorable cats and doggo stole my heart, so cute - staff is very friendly - breakfast is good - room was very clean, crystal white sheets and soft towels - my room was not sunny, that’s a big plus when is heat under 40 degrees outside - I love big windows, a lot of day light

I’m gonna write some wishes, not minuses. - can be much better if you install some small shelf under the bathroom mirror, there is no place where to put your skincare etc. - lack of a full length mirror in the room or common areas, for me personally it was a bit uncomfortable - no ventilation system in the bathroom

A nice, cozy room in a familiar, cool hostel. We liked the open space and the view up to the skyscrapers. The room is very small, but we didn’t miss anything. It’s located near a MRT station. There are many food stands nearby.

The bathroom smelled of sewage.

The location was great, tons of food stalls in the evening and also restaurants, 7/11. MRT is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. A/C in my room works well. Bed is very comfy. There are more parking space than I thought, which is great!

location is really good. have day market nearby, really good food to eat. and have three 7-11.

the bed in the private room is too soft, but okay to sleep. the curtain is dirty, too dusty. and the toilet door is not sound insulation
