location to glass beach, nice staff

stray dog came out at our car while we were outside, lots of homeless in the area that approached us while we were out. Window in our bathroom that opened into a dark shed behind the hotel, kinda sketchy.

The breakfast was ok but it could've been better if they was to have more choices during breakfast, they need some tables & chairs for customers to sit and eat, there was nothing to sit and eat so I just got some food and went back to my room for my kids and I to eat breakfast. Also they need some individuals drinks, apple juice, orange juice, tea and water bottles instead they only have a big jug of sunny delights and pure it into a cup.

Breakfast was very poor there was no tables and chairs to sit and eat and breakfast needed more choices other than that our stay was wondering

Very close to the main beaches, Pubs, and across from dennys which was amazing after nights of drinking for a wedding

The floor was a bit dirty upon arrival but overall to be expected so close to a beach. Other than that the room is got (king suite) was such a good upgrade i am so grateful to have been offered an upgrade. Checkout process was slightly confusing because other motels i have stayed you are supposed to tell the desk you are leaving but i was just instructed to leave the key in the room. Which is fine just was slightly anxious about being charged an additional day if i wasn’t super specific about the rooms (3 rooms) which we were leaving and leaving the keys in the rooms.

The location is perfect, short walk to downtown, the Skunk Train, North Coast Brewing. Front desk clerk was nice and gave us the room keys even though we were a few hours early. The room was fine, comfy beds, decent shower, we were on the 2nd floor so technically even had an ocean view. There is a ceiling fan and no AC but we didn't need AC.

I couldn't find the ice machine, but that wasn't a big deal. Overall our stay was pretty good.

The place has the old motel charm that we actually liked. It was very quiet even though it is located on the main thoroughfare. The staff, especially Maria, was very kind and helpful. There was a smoke alarm that went off (low battery) and Maria kindly dealt with it at around 11pm. My husband also forgot two clothing items in the room, and she kept them safe until our friends picked them up. Location is great, walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. Plenty of parking and a little corner store right next to it, for snacks and even sandwiches. Good size bathroom and shower, and great quality towels. Bed was comfy. There is a good size closet space.

The room is quite small, with not a lot of space to maneuver. The sheets and blankets could be better.

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast tea and toast was enjoyable, as we took in the morning sun and coastal air. It's a old-style motel right on the hwy but within walking distance of the town of Ft Bragg. Convenient. There was a wonderfully cold bar fridge too, which is always a big yes! Secure parking and a wonderful succulent garden.

Our bathroom window was as old and functional as a dinosaur.

Clean neat rooms Very comfortable beds This older facility is well maintained inside and out. The breakfast included fresh fruit and a make yourself waffle station. Location is near cafes and restaurants. Highway 1 Cafe across the way is Great for Breakfast or Lunch.

For the reasonable cost Everything was better than expected. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time.

The staff was super friendly, The size of the room was fantastic and the waffles were yummy! I will definitely stay here again, I like a roomy room. The location is close to glass beach, Wich is nice. The grounds are pretty and well kept.

The closet door did not close properly because it was hitting a safe door that was stuck open, there was a weird step into the restroom(stubbed my toe twice), the only window that opened was the restroom and I would appreciated an updated mattress(memory foam topper) and some down or equivalent pillows.

I stayed there with my family on a trip to Redwood National Park. The hotel is conveniently situated on the main road, not far from the Skunk Train. Nice atmosphere. The room had everything we needed (microwave, fry).

Beds were a bit small for us. No ice machine. Breakfast was very basic (waffles, toasts, cereals) but sufficient to start the day.

Very nice, renovated rooms. Clearly an older motel, but very well maintained and comfortable.

The desk person wasn't very friendly, felt like we had done something wrong, but had no idea what. No big deal, she answered questions and gave us what we needed. Just wasn't friendly about it.
